Comfy room but not an apartment.

Comfy bed and nice shower. Not really an apartment, it did have a kettle and a fridge but no cups. Not particularly easy to find from directions given. Great to have on site parking.

Disappointing accommodation, great location.

Location excellent cafe and beach 50 metres away easy walk to old town.

Both air-conditioning units in main lounge/kitchen area did not work, although prominent in photos and a reason, we chose this apartment. Owner confirmed this is a known issue. TV did not work, had to be in room for technicians to reconnect TV the following day lost hours of my time. They expected to come back the following day for additional works for the building. Ex retail store, front door did not operate properly very hard to open kept getting stuck. Parking can be tricky with more users than spots available. Hot water unit is wired to bathroom light switch confusing no instructions. Large soap dispenser to wash hands ran out during our stay. Light in bathroom not working although promised to change it. Couch not ideal for sleeping on. No customer service, when I notified owner of TV issue, they expected to wait due to own priorities. No cupboards in main bedroom to store clothing had to live out of suitcases for 8 days.

Fantastic location, modern cute place

Location is fantastic! Loved it! Across the street from the beach. Place is super clean, modern and has everything you need. Bed in master bedroom is very comfortable incl. the bedding. There is a cafe (sea view) that is close by (like 20 steps away) where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino before hitting the beach. Having included parking is a bonus.

Accommodation by the sea, beautiful, clean, equipped.

The accommodation was great, the location amazing, the staff perfect. Communication without delay. We were even able to check in earlier than usual.

Perfect location with free parking!

Great apartment 2 minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes to historical centre of Zadar, was very clean and spacious. Nicely decorated with comfortable bed, true to photos on the advert. Kristijan is very friendly and helpful host, we really enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend to everyone!

L’unica cosa positiva della struttura era la posizione vicina alla spiaggia.

La struttura era sporca, non aveva finestre, la camera da letto era in vetrina, sembrava di stare in un ufficio dove per sbaglio se sposti la tenda ti vedevano tutti. Il parcheggio era limitato quindi la sera era meglio lasciare la macchina lì per non perdere il posto .

Lage war sehr gut - 1 Minute und man ist direkt am Kolovare Beach, Zimmer an sich auch sehr schön und Preis-Leistungsverhältnis TOP, ruhige Lage, Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür

Sauberkeit in Eingangsbereich könnte noch leicht verbessert werden, Ablagemöglichkeiten bzw. Möglichkeiten die Kleidung zu verstauen sind sehr gering, nur eine "Decke" für zwei Personen,

Trattasi di un locale ad uso commerciale adibito ad alloggio. L'unica parete che da all'esterno è in vetro: al mattino con il sole il vetro diventa bollente e l'aria all'interno irrespirabile. non vi è nessuna finestra, l'aria è quindi irrespirabile. necessario uso aria condizionata 24 ore. attrezzatura cucina minima.
