I must say that in 15 years of actively using Booking all over the world, including 3 times in Zadar, this is the first time I have come across such a hospitable and comfortable apartment with a kitchen and terrace like this. With such convenient privat access to the beach. This is simply fantastic. My friends still don't believe me. Apartment is simply fantastic, and the kitchen feels just like home. Very spacious and comfortable bathroom, plenty of fresh towels. The beds are very comfy, and two families with kids can easily fit. There is also a barbecue grill available. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

The property is in a perfect location- walk to the beach, bus station, old town, grocery stores. It was so comfortable with A/C in every room. Suzi was so accommodating with our very late arrival and very early departure. She even left us some breakfast items since we got in so late. The neighborhood is quiet and the house has a lovely patio overlooking a beautiful garden. It was perfect for our family.

We had the best time at House Suzi. It’s situated in a peaceful location that’s only 5 minutes from the beautiful Aegean Sea. The house was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed, including air con in each room. There are some lovely restaurants close by and there’s a small shop five minutes away, but also larger supermarkets about a 10 minute walk away. The walk to the Old Town takes about 25 minutes - check out the Sea Organ and the Ferry to Uglijan Island. We will definitely be back. Thank you Suzi.

Nothing about the property itself but the mosquitos were a bit of a nuisance.
