Place where everyone can find a place for relax

Apartment is big (100m2). 3 bedrooms and big salon. There was absolutely everything you need in the kitchen, bathroom, even some sun huts,... Welcome food and drinks were a big plus. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is perfect for families 2+3. Big balcony was nice for morning caffe or evening glass of wine.

That we needed to go back home so soon :)

Fab family memories on an apartment which provided good clean accommodation with all the basics needed

The property was very clean and the welcome package of local produce fantastic, very close to a shop for basics

We are a tall family and found the beds to be not as comfy at ours at home.

overall the stay was quiet and pleasant

the host was very sweet. put food supplies like fresh cut fruits, coffee tea, cheese butter milk , chocolates etc... the day we had to leave she baked muffins and brought it to the room

the AC was only affective till the living room. the host did keep a fan in each room, but wasn't effective for all.

Nice welcome and fresh, spacious beds although the double bed only had one small shared blanket.

The refrigerator started beeping sometimes when we tried to close it and also started beeping out of nowhere 3 times in the middle of the night.

Staying in Apartment Lauma 2023.07

Our flight was arriving in the middle of the night. I was worried about where can I find a place where I can get: water and food, e. g. shop or restaurant at night. But this was not a problem as the hosts provided us with a welcome pack of water, milk, a plate of local cheese and meat, homemade cakes, local rolls and fruit. We did not expect all of that so it was very very nice. The hosts also provided a full set of ground coffee, salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil. The apartment is within walking distance of two of Zadar's most famous beaches: Karma and Kolovare. At the end of our vocation we asked the host to reschedule the check out time and they added one hour for us. It was very convenient: we managed to have breakfast, swim, wash and finish packing.

This apartment is simply fantastic

We were a group of 3 friends and we loved staying there. It’s very spacious and creates a charming atmosphere were we immediately felt homy. It was super clean & the hosts welcomed us with traditional Croatian snacks & wine. Also, it’s close to the sea & downtown is easily accessible. We had a lovely time there and highly recommend it to others.

Wspaniałe miejsce, polecam

Apartament świetnie wyposażony, były nawet zabawki dla dzieci (piłki, foremki do piasku, kredki). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, sklep po drugiej stronie ulicy, plaza niedaleko. Bardzo pomocny właściciel.

Tak to powinno wyglądać 10/10

Duży wszechstronny obiekt. Jest tutaj wszystko co potrzebne do gotowania , są nawet żele po prysznic , sól do kompieli , duży balkon. Kontakt z właścicielem przez whatss app. Na pewno wrócę !

Bardzo wszystkim polecam apartamet Lauma

Najbardziej podobało nam się powitanie. Pani właścicielka czekała na nas przed apartamentem, w kuchni czekał na nas poczęstunek wino, babeczki dla dzieci, przekąski, wszystko co niezbędne na śniadanie, sklepy były zamknięte bo akurat przyjechaliśmy w dzień wolny od pracy. Apartament blisko miasta plaży, ale zdala od tłumu turystów i hałasu.
