Great place

It was a lovely spacious apartment with high ceilings. There was a big outside patio that you could sit out on. It was a 20min walk into the old town and a 5min walk to the beach. Restaurants and a supermarket were close by. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous apartment.

It was amazing! So spacious, and it had everything we needed. Fabulous kitchen with all the equipment you need to cater for yourself, and an amazing island. The kitchen (like the rest of the apartment) is finished to a very high standard. The bathroom was huge! The wet room was brilliant, and a lovely big sink and plenty of surface to put all your toiletries. Once again, ten out of ten. The bedrooms were lovely, so peaceful and comfortable - we slept amazingly every night we were there (we stayed a week). Very well located- 10 minutes from the beach, and a two minute walk to a really excellent restaurant. The owner (Mida) is a lovely, welcoming person who is extremely professional.

Smooth, sweet and fantastic.

Super clean and spacious!! Everything you needed was there including tea, spices and some bottles of water!!! It’s in a great location with the nearest beach a 7 minute walk away, bakery and grocery shops 10 minute walk and the old town a 20 minute walk. Our host was lovely and accommodating and next time I’m in Zadar, I will be coming back :)

Would definitely recommend!

We had a really nice stay! The host was very friendly and helpful throughout. The accommodation was fully equipped, spotlessly clean, and spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, close to a supermarket, the bus station, and just a short walk from the beach. Would definitely recommend!

The only very small improvement would be the pillows. They were a bit too soft and large. Slightly firmer and smaller pillows would have made sleeping even more comfortable. Overall, highly recommended!

It’s so spacious and cozy, the apartment has everything you need for short or longer vacation. Super nice house with separate apartments and with lovely hosts.

Impeccable place, hostess a bit rude

Actually the place itself is impeccable. An easy 10 if it weren't for one issue below. * Very clean * Huge apartment * Modern design with a huge sofa, huge TV etc. * Lots of equipment in the kitchen * Free on-site parking, and there is another private parking place you can move to after checking out

Cons: * Main issue: This is one of the few places where the hosts pull down the rating. I don't want to be unfair to the hostess because she did a great job with the place, but she was a bit rude and didn't want to accommodate our slightly late arrival, even though we had a good reason (obvious when we came, I think) and the lateness was communicated as early as possible. I would expect her to ask us if we were OK instead of getting angry, or at least have a mechanism to accommodate late arrivals without being there personally. Also: she didn't understand the concept of babies not having to pay city tax (not a big deal, but strange). Other small issues: * The location is so-so * The bathroom cannot be locked (a privacy issue with members of more than 1 family) and doesn't have hangers. Also the shower section can't be closed. * The door locks automatically so if you come out and forget the keys it's a problem * There is a piano with a sign that says "Good vibes", but next to that there is a passive-agressive message saying you can't use it. Good vibes indeed.

Well-equipped, very spacious dining & sitting areas. Feel like home. Close to bus station. The host is particularly helpful when assistance is sought. Perfect wifi connection. Value for money.

A shower head hanger would be nice, but that's not a big problem.

The property was great. The thing I didn’t like in general in Zadar is that the accommodation is pricey. More expensive than in Rome.

Superb

The apartment is located a maximum of 5 minutes from the main bus station of Zadar. Kolovare Beach is also about 5 minutes away from walking almost in a straight line. As for the apartments themselves, I would like to say that I spent 4 days in them with pleasure. Our apartment had a private balcony and a shared large terrace. The kitchen has a kettle, microwave, refrigerator, oven and stove. There is also an air conditioner that cooled the room well.

One small disadvantage was that it took 20 minutes to walk to the old town at a leisurely pace. However, in good weather and with stops near the sea, you can walk with pleasure.

Amazing

The apartment was incredibly clean, it had everything you need: all kinds of dishes, oil, tea, warm blanket, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, electric kettle. We had our own balcony. The common terrace was also very cozy. We were very satisfied. Access to the sea - 5 minutes on foot with an imposing gait, and on the way to the beach there is an amazing restaurant with very tasty and good-priced food.

We did not like only one thing, but this is not at all connected with the apartments. On the way to the beach, there are no sidewalks on the road, and when a car is driving, it is tedious to cuddle up to the edge of the road. It was unpleasant when someone drove at a very high speed, but this seems to be an absolutely familiar thing for the locals. The drivers here drive like they do in Italy, if that tells you anything. Just don't be surprised

The host was super friendly. Due to the weather issue, our flight didn't landed on Zadar as expected. The host kindly cancelled our reservation for one day and welcomed us in the early morning. The place is near the bus station (only 2 mins away by taking the shortcut) and the facilities in the room were good.

Cozy, spacious apartment on the third floor of a private house, without an elevator. The kitchen has almost everything you need for cooking. Convenient location, not in the center of the old town, 20 minutes walk, but not far from the beaches and shops. Free parking in the courtyard of the house. Polite and friendly hostess.

Piero is in a great place for the beach, shopping and restaurants

The apartment has been done up really, really well. It's very spacious for a studio apartment too. It's ideally situated being close to the bus station and a big supermarket to the west and popular Kolovare beach to the east. The host is extremely welcoming. It's about a 15-minute walk to Zadar centre. There's a great seafood and pizza restaurant Kuzina close by. The green apartment building is in a quirky location, just by unused tennis courts.

Private parking. Big and clean apartment, totally renovated, full equiped kitchen, 2 terraces. Confortable beds. Good windows with proper blinds and insect nets. Good shower. Good wifi. Everything was perfect.

The apartament was very spacius, super comfortable and in the heart of city center - 3 min walk from main bus station. Connection with airport was excellent. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Close to the beach and all city landmarks.

Great location neat beaches and not far from Interspar, good walk along the coast to the old city. The appartment is way better than it looks on the pictures, for sure advise for living here. The host is also very communicating person, speaks English well
