Wouldn't recommend for a group of foreign travellers

Location was good, shower was functional. AC was powerful

First I will discuss the place, the photos are of the various apartments that are available, so you do not get to choose what you get. I think we got one of the worse ones. The place was initially nicely presented and pretty clean. The bathroom is nicely put together, but the shower ran quite cold quite quickly, also the towel rack was broken aswell as a chair. The listed "bunk bed" was in fact two single beds stacked on top of each other. Bed quality was ok. Double bed was ok. Now the owner, he greeted us and I'm not sure if it's just a language barrier, but upon seeing us (a group of 5 men), immediately started saying mildly threatening things along the line of "don't break anything or make noise or I'll call the police on you" which was an interesting introduction. We laughed it off but felt mildly uneasy. The owner does not take any card payments, only cash, much like everyone else in Zadar, but was a mild culture shock as a foreigner. We also had a lady come by and request the owner, who was obviously not here. We didn't get a lot of messages on operating appliances and such, only an advertisement for some organised tours the owner does. We called and he did come down quickly to show us everything.

Great value for the money

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was great for us, close to the beach and 20 minutes from the old town.

There were no bathroom towels, and the room wasn't cleaned during the week we spent there.

Niezależnie od pogody, w Chorwacji jest zawsze pięknie.

Studio duże, czyste z dużym wygodnym łóżkiem z aneksem kuchennym w pełni wyposażone w niezbędne naczynia. Bliska lokalizacja do dworca autobusowego i plaży Kolovera. Na starówkę w Zadarze, spacerkiem trzeba poświęcić około 20 minut, idąc wzdłuż wybrzeża. Właściciel bardzo pomocny i życzliwy. Nocowaliśmy tutaj już dwa razy i zawsze jesteśmy zadowoleni. Polecam.

Domacin ljubazan i usluzan, veliki asfaltirani parking odmah na ulazu, lokacija mirna, blizu kolodvora, sve uredno i cisto. Nemam zamjerku, sigurno bismo opet rezervirali ovaj smjestaj.

Conforto e Localização Excepcionais

O proprietário, Denis, foi super prestável e estava sempre disponível caso fosse necessário alguma coisa. O quarto era espaçoso, tinha disponível todo o equipamento para duas pessoas, e para realizar pequenos cozinhados e um pequeno frigorífico. Localização excelente para quem quer fugir à azáfama da cidade, ainda assim a cerca de 5minutos a pé da praia, estação de autocarros e hipermercado. Uma caminhada pela costa permite chegar ao centro em apenas 15/20 minutos.

Toalhas um pouco ásperas, e pequenas (ainda que Denis se disponibilizou a trazer mais unidades caso fosse necessário) Nota-se a falta de um exaustor no caso de realizar algum cozinhado

Czystość i komunikacja z właścicielami oraz znakomita lokalizacja. 3 minuty od rewelacyjnej plaży, 3 minuty od supermarketów i 3 minuty od dworca autobusowego. Super. Polecam serdecznie ten apartament.

Czterodniowy pobyt w maju

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do morza, sklepów, tuż obok dworca autobusowego i restauracji. Balkon, wygodne łóżko, miejsca do przechowywania, w miarę dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, suszarka do włosów, suszarka na mokre rzeczy.

Apartament położony nad dość często uczęszczaną uliczką, chcieliśmy odpocząć przy otwartym oknie balkonowym, jednak przejeżdżające pojazdy powodowały spory hałas. Pomimo włączonego bojlera (wg instrukcji właściciela) ciepłą wodę mieliśmy tylko pierwszego dnia, przez kolejne dwa dni musieliśmy kąpać się w letniej i zimnej wodzie..

Alles in allem ein toller aufenthalt. Der Fußweg zum Hafen war etwa 20 Minuten. das ist OK. Hat alles bestens geklappt.
