Lovel homely apartment close to all amenities

Great location very close to supermarkets and central bus station. Homely feel to the property. Plenty of space for 4 with 2 bedrooms. All facilities in kitchen to cook. Owner is Lovely lady.

Communication was tough as owner does not speak English. Locating apartment was difficult especially as owner cannot understand or speak english. Wrong code was given to access apartment initially but later corrected. Apartment of 4th floor with no lift. Please be wary if you have luggage. Power tripped one morning and once again were left with out power for few hours which delayed our planned trip. Due to communication issues, owner could not tell us where to find fuse box and we had to find it ourselves. Otherwise excellent property.

Great location, lovely apartment.

Great location, 5 minutes from bus stop, 15 minutes from Old Town and beach, supermarkets close by. Apartment was clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Recommend to anyone, will definitely stay again.

Hot water was temperamental but nothing that patience could resolve.

All you need close to town and beach

The terraces on both sides. Kids room was great.It had all you needed for a pleasant stay. Great location near town.

The walk to the beach was not a very nice walk, but it is close and still a very good location!

Beautiful authentic apartment close to marina and old town.

The apartment felt like a family home, but with some new comfortable furniture and beds alongside traditional dining table and wardrobes. It's beautiful inside and we loved it here. Kitchen is very well equipped for self catering. Although the location is residential and the exterior of the apartment blocks look worn, we found the neighbours friendly and helpful and we felt very safe. It is well located just a few minutes walk from the marina and the entrance to the old town. The owners were very helpful when I got confused with self check in and popped over very promptly to address the one small issue that we experienced. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment in a great location with outstandingly warm and welcoming hosts. The apartment is large and in an ideal location. About 8 minutes Kolovare Beach but also 4 mins from a large Spar supermarket and an awesome local fruit stand. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the old town. The A/C was strong to cool things down during our hot summer and the hosts went out of their way to accommodate us. They were warm, welcoming, and great with our small children. A great apartment with a kind touch from the hosts.

Amazing place and host

Location, Property Manager, Room and Faciliteis all were super good! They also provoded pick and drop on reasonable rates. Also available on call all the time incase it is needed!

Beispielhaften Gastgeber

Es gab alles was man braucht: Besteck (sehr ausreichend für 4 Personen), sehr ausreichenden Küchenutensilien (Pfannen, Töpfe, usw.), Waschmittel für Waschmaschine und Spüllmaschine, usw., was einen Riesenvorteil ist, denn ich vielen Apartments erlebt habe, die die Maschinen haben aber nicht die Mitteln für die Nutzung, oder nichtmal genug oder knapp Besteck für den gebuchten Anzahl an Gäste haben. Der Gastgeber hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und unkompliziert Situationen mit uns geklärt (flugverspätungsbedingten späten Check-In und späten Check-Out). Es befindet sich sehr nah zum Altstadt (wunderschön zum Spazierengehen oder Essengehen) und eine der schönsten Strände zum Baden (meiner Meinung nach). Weniger als 100m entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und den Lidl ist auch um die Ecke.

Es gibt nichts oder kaum zu kritisieren. Man könnte etwas mehr Waschmittel oder Spüllmittel für die Waschmaschine bzw. Spüllmaschine gelassen haben. Aber das nur als Verbesserungsvorschlag.

Très bon emplacement : à 10 min d'une plage (très fréquentée), centre ville et port à pied. Appartement joliment décoré, propre et bien équipé. Produit pour lave-vaisselle et lave-linge à disposition.

fajn lokalita, byt nemoderní ale i tak pěkný a čistý. Parkování může být trochu loterie pokud chcete auto nechat na místě, kde je na něj vidět. Můžete zaparkovat v ulici naproti, ta se mi moc nepozdávala, ale každý by měl názor jiný. Jinak fajn apartmán.

Recomendable!

El lugar es muy limpio, comodo y con una buena ubicacion. Si bien no esta en el centro, pero se puede acceder muy facilmente a pie caminando unos 15 min. Hay un supermercado muy grande a 50m. Todo funcionaba muy bien.

Hay que subir por escaleras. No lo recomiendo para personas mayores. Si bien la decoracion del departamento era muy linda, creo que estaba cargada con muchos adornos. Recomendaria tener menos para tener lugar para las cosas que uno trae.

Fantástica estancia en Zadar. Para repetir

La ubicación para hacer turismo por Zadar es excelente. Con zona para aparcar. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado, es grande y gran parte ha sido reformado. Pudimos entrar sin problema gracias al código de la puerta, con total flexibilidad.

No es que no nos gustara, porque para nosotras no fue un problema, pero por si alguien necesite saberlo. No hay ascensor.
