Marija and her family welcomed us in an absolutely wonderful way. They were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful from the very beginning, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They gave us excellent tips and recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area.
The apartment is located on the top floor, right next to the rooftop, which offers beautiful views over Zadar. It is very central, spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay.
We truly recommend this place for its great location, the comfort of the apartment, and above all, the hospitality of the hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, access to the town on the door step. The couple that's own the property were very friendly, took the time to suggest places to visit and were happy to offer help and advice.

The noise at night was at times overwhelming. Overtop of late night customers of the host’s and adjacent businesses. Two nights in a row there were a couple people talking very loudly for what seemed like hours after midnight, and the mattresses were soft.
