Nem gond, de lehetoseg a jobbá tételre. Minimalis dohosság és ruhát szárítani nem lehet. Bejárati ajtón lévő ablakra jó lenne plusz arnyekolas.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés, könnyen megközelíthető

Nagyon zajos, bár tudtam, hogy ez bulikörnyék de ez kicsit sok volt.

The room was perfect, all appliances work brilliantly and cooking utensils supplied, heater in the shower was my favorite and the location is unbeatable dead center of old town never had to get an Uber anywhere which saved tones and staff was helpful and polite when we ran out of toiletries.

Honestly don't have anything negative to say, we have stayed at many places in zadar but this exceeded my expectations especially for the price, I would come back for sure

Well located. Although it is on a very busy street with plenty of bars and nightlife, none of the noise could be heard from inside the room. The soundproofing is very good. The bed was also large and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.

You have to pick up the keys at a reception located at a different and rather confusing address. When I arrived, the woman handling the check-in acted as if she was doing me a favor. She didn’t even say hello and barely bothered to tell me the room number, I had to ask more than once. She couldn’t even open the front door of the property, which is admittedly difficult to open, but considering that checking guests in is literally part of her job, this was quite surprising and not helpful at all. In the end, I had to figure things out myself and try to understand the few barely audible words she said. I speak English, but I don’t think guests should be expected to decipher someone who is whispering and chewing gum at the same time and speaking like a Beverly Hills teenager. Once we arrived at the property, we went up a flight of stairs and found that our room was located underneath another staircase, on the lower level of the building. The layout was a little different from what I expected based on the photos. One thing that surprised me was that the kitchenette is located in the same space as the bathroom (?) which was at least… unusual? Yes: the kitchen is literally IN the bathroom. Considering the price charged, the overall experience was simply not good enough and did not offer good value for money.
