Great apartment for a good price

We really enjoyed our stay in these apartments — the location and the cozy interior were perfect. The room is stylish and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Being right in the heart of the Old Town is simply ideal. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the airport bus stop, just 2 minutes to the taxi stand, and there’s a supermarket and lots of great cafés nearby. The hotel also provides towels, all necessary kitchenware, and even complimentary cappuccino sachets — a very nice touch! We’ll definitely choose this place again if we come back to Zadar.

The only small issue was that the stovetop worked, but not very well. It wasn’t a big deal, and the receptionist did her best to help — she was very kind and helpful.

this is fine.

it was good and spacious and clean. my apartment ( basement) had plenty of space under the stairs for suitcases and clothing for a longer stay, The kitchen was neat and organized, people over 1.80 cm need to watch their head between entrance, the bedroom and kitchen/shower. the bed was large enough to fit a 2.00 cm tall person. the electric heater in the kitchen/ bathroom was a big usefull plus!

the building is old, there is little soundproofing, but even though the apartment is next to a busy bar street the noise was do-able. the bed sheets were loose, it would be better to use larger ones or with elastic bands.

Great Studio, amazing location, just the sound of raindrops can hurt the sleep at night during rains

THE BEST EVER LOCATION! The room is super amazing! You've got almost everything in the studio apartment. Although the studio 4 entrance is kind of going down the basement, but it's actually the ground floor. It's Air conditioned , comes with a mini kitchen as well.

Unfortunately, not much directly could have been done , I guess, but the super loud and annoying sound of raindrops falling on metal shade on the top floor kept me up for quite long and it was the problem for every room in the building. The property owners need to fix this but putting maybe a cloth or something to reduce the noise.

Gute Lage

More a cave than a room, bad smell, toilet, shower and mini kitchen in the same very small space, air conditioning did not work at nearly 40 degrees outside. Reception staff gave us new batteries for the remote control but it still didn't work. They did not care one bit. Very noisy place. The room did not correspond to the images shown on booking com. Small window level with the street. The pictures were probably taken in another apartment upstairs with more light and windows. If you're under 30, need next to no sleep, you'll be fine, though.

The apartment had everything needed. Great shower, airconditioning worked perfectly!

It was slightly noisy, but all the bars close around midnight, so not a real problem.

The fact that the property is right in the main square of the city.

At least, studio 1 the door wasn’t that well soundproofed and at 50m from the studio there is a pub, so if somebody wants to relax, I wouldn’t recommend studio nr.1. I wouldn’t want to watch Netflix, but it was advertised so when I tried to open the app, there wasn t any account logged it, and when asked at the reception for them to log in, they forgot the credentials and the receptionist said he will come back, but never returned.

Overall we both liked it, and considering the prices of other places in Zadar it ideal

The location was absolutely perfect. A little hard to find at first but when you know where it is, it really couldn’t be much better. Also having Netflix on the tv was a good touch.

No windows as such. I don’t think the description really makes that clear. Also the shower is weird and you have to hold it in order to have a wash - which doesn’t sound too bad, but it gets pretty annoying and also water goes all over the bathroom.

it was a beautiful apartment for an amazing price i had the most relaxing and best night of my whole 2 week stay i wish i could’ve stayed longer honesty, after staying in hostels all week this was the best thing i could’ve done, i only paid £50 for the night and i felt amazing and so happy while staying, the staff were very friendly and helpful too, i was stressed on my arrival but staff were calm

To be honest I will avoid vacations in Croatia since its overprized and fhe locals are very unfriendly and ungrateful.

The location was perfect.

150€ for one night is too much. On booking a living room was listed as well, which is not the case. You get one room with a huge bad. The drain was clogged in the toillet, and very dirty.

Miły apartament, jak ktoś lubi hałas miasta, parter i często goście restauracji stają blisko okna więc z za żaluzji wszystko widzą (jedno małe okno) Zapach, wilgoć i mop który miał ze sto lat zostawiony w rogu. Apartament jest malutki to taka sypialnia z prysznicem właściwie. Byłoby super gdyby właściciel zrobił coś z zapachem wilgoci.

Номер в полупрдвальном помещении был, ооочень узкий коридорчик к двери номера (размер худого человека, кто с лишним весом не пройдет). Помимо того что номер в полуподвальном помещении так вечером напротив единственного окна кафе что напротив выставляет столики и люди тусят просто под окном (вроде не шумно было, но запах сигарет был, ну и это мы были уже как бы не в сезон - начало сентября). В номере из-за его расположения спертый и душный воздух, а проветрить ну никак - улочка с кафе напротив. Для понимания: если я открою окно, то на расстоянии вытянутой руки столик и люди за ним - типо у меня дома в гостях на террасе). Ну для переночевать отель сгодиться. Мы только поздно ночью возвращались когда уже под отелем почти никого не было. Ну пожалуй из минусов это номер-подвал, с крутыми ступенями и узким коридором. Ступени крутые даже в туалет с душевой, ночью себе ноготь отбила, так освещения естественного нет, а лампы на ночь включенные не люблю оставлять. соответственно в номер если кто с детьми, коляской или креслом инвалидным заселяться вам нельзя - не подойдет

La Tequila, meglio al bar!

Questa struttura non è fornita di parcheggio privato come menzionato. Il parcheggio è solo a pagamento e difficile da trovare. Stanza ricavata da un seminterrato con forte e persistere odore di muffa di cui le pareti sono impregnate e che affaccia che sui tavoli di un ristorante. Si apre la porta e si trovano gli ospiti del locale a 30 cm dall’ ingresso della camera. L’ alternativa della finestra, livello strada, invece è con affaccio su un parcheggio. Condizionatore d’ aria con perdita di acqua fino a terra. Toilette e doccia racchiuse in un cubo di vetro, praticamente a vista. Imbarazzante andare in bagno o fare la doccia in bella vista, senza nemmeno una tenda. Zero privacy. Fortunatamente avevamo prenotato solo una notte. Il ragazzo al ricevimento di nome Kiki sgarbato.
