Fantastische Lage, liebevolle Einrichtung im regionalen Stil, Erreichbarkeit der Gastgeberin, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung

Man konnte sich vor dem Lärm draußen nicht schützen. Die Außen-Jalousien konnten nicht dicht geschlossen werden.

Location is very convenient to shopping center and highlight of the city, just down from the stair then you can meet with the heard of this city. Moreover, host is very nice, she is very friendly and very kind, give me many useful information, and help me carry on my big luggage.

There is nothing that I don't like.

The pros: + This place is nice, modern and spaceous + The host was very kind and welcoming + The location is great and quite (no music, no noise from pubs) + The kitchen is well equipped, the AC works well + The bed is comfy and big + Wardrobes and lots of shelves + Washing machine and dishwasher

The cons: - Bedroom has no AC and becomes very hot during the day, you'll need to constantly use fan to get cold air from the main room. - No microwave. - Constant smell of dumpster on the balcony coming from neighbours. - Lots of seagulls live nearby and sometimes scream very loud at night. - Third floor with no elevator (was not a big issue for us). All in all I would recommend it if you want to expereince the old town of Zadar.
