Absolutely delightful stay!

This attic loft was both stylish and cozy—scrupulously clean, well-appointed, and just a short 15-minute walk from Zadar’s old town and beautiful beaches. The private parking made city access effortless, and the reliable Wi-Fi was perfect for planning daily adventures. The landlord was genuinely warm and responsive, welcoming us with clear instructions and helpful tips. A perfect home base in Zadar—I’d 100% recommend this gem!

The location was great – close to the city center, easy to find, and the private parking was a huge plus for us. Also, the view was fantastic.

If we had to point out one small thing, the big bed creaked a bit – but it wasn’t a big deal at all, and we didn’t feel the need to mention it during our stay.

Nice view but three floors of stairs to get there. Quite hot in summer even with AC

The view was beautiful and the owner kind.

The pictures shown was taken from many different apartments so you don’t get to see which will you really have. (Our’s had a tiny bath tube instead of the shower and we were at the third floor with no elevator)

La atención del anfitrión fue genial.. pudimos acceder al apartamento antes de la hora!! Muy limpio y confortable !! La ubicación no está nada mal .. 40m. Andando al centro se hace ameno el paseo.. no es necesario utilizar el coche

Appartement bien situé si marcher 20 minutes ne vous dérange pas.

Appartement situé dans un quartier résidentiel, à environ 25 minutes à pied du centre-ville et 20 minutes de la plage. Ivan est très gentil et nous a beaucoup aidés. J’ai pu garer ma voiture dans la cour de la maison, ce qui était très pratique. L’appartement disposait de tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Le balcon est un vrai plus pour profiter du coucher du soleil

L’escalier menant à notre étage était étroit, mais notre hôte nous a gentiment aidés à monter les valises.
