Modern Apartments with Loggia Terrace and Parking

Es ist alles in der Wohnung, was nötig ist, um sich wohl zu fühlen und dabei auch eventuell zu kochen. Uns hat der familiäre Umgang mit dem Vermieter und dessen Eltern sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sogar regelmäßig mit frischen Tomaten aus dem Garten versorgt. Für uns war die Lage sehr gut, denn es war kein Rummel. Es war ruhig und daneben ein Supermarkt. Für unter fünf Euro sind wir Abends stets mit Uber zur Meeresorgel gefahren.

Es fehlt eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer oder eine bessere Isolation des Bodens. Bei Außentemperaturen von 35° schafft es die Klimaanlage aus dem Wohnzimmer nicht auch noch das Schlafzimmer zu kühlen.

The apartment is excellent, all mod cons, comfortable, good area and access to local shops, only a 20 min walk to local beach and 40 mins walk to old town. Robert and his mum are fantastic hosts, letting us check in early as we landed at 9 am. Great comms and thoughtfull.

Nothing it was perfect and Robert even sorted us out with beach towels. A cafetiere would have been useful, but that's just my coffee preference.

A beautiful slightly “hidden gem” of an apartment in one of my favourite Croatian cities on the northerly Adriatic cities of Croatia, Zadar! The hosts were spectacular and brilliantly responsive! The property is beautiful, so very clean, all mod-cons and a brilliant and so “design chic” Euro kitchen, with a great bathroom, spacious bedroom, living room and new looking bathroom! Kitchen equipped with all you need to stop at the Zadar fish market early AM and make dinner. Alas, I did cook in because I had a large, late lunch before check in, but I did make a late night snack!! This family are simply fantastic hosts! Easy and very responsive communication! One is fluent in English and the other fluent also in German, so all great there! This place is a few minutes walk (and walking is the best way to see this ancient gem of a city! It is about 20,000 people less than double the population of Dubrovnik) from Old Town and the ancient Roman ruins and even closer to the best restaurants! Highly recommend this stay! It is very inexpensive, should cost 2.5 times more than it does, and easy and guaranteed private parking. Cannot ask for more!

There is NOTHING to not like here! This place is five stars! And the hosts are a big part of it: They are great!!
