Great place, I recommend

The apartment was very clean, renovated and comfortable. The owners were very nice to us, always there if you need something. The apartment has everything you need. There is a washing machine, an iron, a kettle and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Lidl is 5 minutes away. I totally recommend staying here :)

Perfect stay, just perfect

The apartment surprised me! It is literally a few minutes' walk from the station, and even though it is located on a busy street, it is very quiet. The windows overlook a well-kept, charming garden. The host is extremely kind and helpful (He speaks German and communicates in English. And in Croatian ;). The room has air conditioning, the kitchen and bathroom are equipped. The decor is very tasteful. Quiet, peaceful, close to a large grocery store. The old town is a 20-minute walk away, with public transport around. Perfect stay!

Small, cozy and very clean little apartment. Location was good, 15 mins walk to beach and 20 to center. Lidl 3 mins away, gas station open 24h also a 3 minute walk away. Can be noisy since its located on the main boulevard but this was not a problem for me.

Our vacation at Zadar was lovely! Tomislav is a very nice host and he was so kind and take care of our luggage after check out at 10:00 so we can have few more hours extra at the sea the last day before flight. He even took me and my sister by his car to the airport, true hero for us 😊 The apartment was nice, clean, fully equipped. It's near main road but you can feel safe here, no messy noice from cars. The AC works well, there were towels in the bathroom and outside was hanger for wet clothes from the sea. You can find here even iron and hair drier. We had no mosquitos here during our stay. Near apartment is bus station, it's around 20 minutes bus ride to the airport for 4,95€. You can have a nice trip to NP KRKA, 50 minutes by bus, I recommend, it was a nice walk around the river with lots of waterfalls. There are 3 big shops near the apartment - Lidl, Interspar and Konzum. The plastic bottles and cans are returnable if you want to save some money. The nearest beach (Kolovare) is around 10-15 minutes by walk and we always found some space for us, not too crowdy. I recommend a boots for going to the sea. It was definitely not the last time we were here.

A nice apartment near the main bus station. It's very convenient when it comes to transferring from Zadar airport and back, and if you plan to travel around the area by bus. Lidl and Interspar nearby, along with some great local restaurants! The city centre is within 25-30 min walking distance. The host was very friendly and helpful. He welcomed us with cold beverage and let us leave the luggage in the room before it was ready. He also provided us with a plenty of tourist information booklets. Thank you for the great stay!

the facilities in the kitchen had everything you need. a tv and comfy sofa. big bed. shower had good water pressure. provided toothpaste, sun cream ect

Tomislav picked us up at the airport for free even though I offered to pay, and had a drink with us at the apartment, it was a very nice place and comfortable to stay in for a week! Good location and a great host! Thank you Tomislav! :)

There wasn't much I didn't like, the room was super clean! One slightly dodgy plug, which would be an easy fix!

Great place to stay at in Zadar!

The place is very clean and cosy, Tomislav is an amazing and helpful host, and the location is really good! Around you can find all the shops you need and some nice restaurants, also the distance to the center is really not a problem (around 20 mins walk to the center and around 10 mins to the beach). We absolutely recommend this place :))

Convenient location and friendly staff

The owner (Tomislav) was very attentive and friendly, received us at nearly midnight with a beer and a smile on his face after our long delay with the bus, the location is great, 15 min by car to the airport, less than 5 min walking distance to the bus station, and easy 15 min walk to Zadar historic center. Has supermarkets close and you can do everything walking. We will be back there the next time in Zadar.

Nice place for a single person or a couple

Great hosts. My apartment was free when I arrived in the morning and I was allowed to check in immediately. Very good contact with a host before arrival. In the apartment there was everything I needed: an equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, a table to eat and work.

The apartment is located near a big street so with open window it was quite noisy. However, AC worked fine and even during a hot night I felt comfortable to sleep.

Mister Tome was excellent, kind and open. He was very convinient regarding our arivall time and was very helpfull regarding all of our questions and needs. The fact that the property is close to the city center and that we had a private parking was really nice. Also, in the room next to us was ocupied and we didn't hear any noise. Would recomend to anyone.

Good for a short stay

The host greeted us in person and was very friendly despite the limited communication in English. The apartment is close to the main bus station. It has a lovely garden view.

It's more like a hotel room with a small kitchen rather than an apartment. The bathroom was a bit small. The bed was too soft, and the blanket was too small for 2 people.

A great apartment and lovely hosts

The apartment was less than 10 minutes from the bus station and a 15 minute walk from the beach. There is a small supermarket across the road and a huge one 10 minutes walk away. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to Zadar old town. The apartment had all the utensils needs to cook and a washing machine in the bathroom. A nice balcony outside too. Everything we needed for our stay, would definitely recommended. It is also 15 minutes walk from the nearest Covid test cente which is handy for return flights. Although the owner Tomislav didn't speak great English, he tried really hard and speaks German and Spanish. He was very helpful and the booking organiser Maria was a great help with every question I asked.

The apartment was perfect for a couple with a nice bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen. Only 20 min walking to the city centre and with a parking place. The owner was very friendly and helpful with everything we need! I totally recommend Tomi’s place!!!

Completely satisfied

We were staying just 2 days in Zadar but this place surprised us. It Is located 8 minutes away from the bus station which was great for us. The place is super nice and easy to find, not to mention super close from the supermarket and other restaurants. The room itself feels like an hotel room. It is clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The staff is also great! Super kind and prepared to help you with anything you may need.
