About this apartment rental

Sparkling clean apartment, just a brief 15-20 minute stroll from Zadar's old town. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it features a private garden and parking. The apartment includes a cozy Super-King size bed (200 x 180 cm), high-speed fiber optic internet, a well-equipped kitchen, a shower in the bathroom, a plush designer couch (Natuzzi), and a generous 12 m2 loggia, and a balcony.
Professional cleaning is conducted just before the guest's arrival and then every two weeks for extended stays. The accommodation features a spacious, tastefully decorated living room equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen includes a ceramic hotplate, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (with 4 tabs provided), refrigerator, cutlery, dishes, utensils, and more—providing everything necessary for meal preparation or storing takeout. The apartment is equipped with high-speed fiber optic WiFi, making it an ideal space for remote workers and digital nomads.
