Apartment and room Mare

The room is small but very clean. It has a cute garden area itself, we like it very much, it extends the space ,we used it as our breakfast and relaxing place. The hostess is very kind and supportive. The house is not morden but she always kept the yard neat . The parking space nearby is definitely a bonus.

I did not see the kitchen as l expected, l don’t know if it was because we lived ground floor of the house, (anyway it does not bother us very much )Maybe the second floor flats have the shared kitchen.

Alles netjes en schoon. Fijne kamer.

Ik miste een prullenbak en heb maar buiten het afval in de container gegooid. Verder maakt de koelkast best veel geluid als die aanspringt

The place was small, but with many details to make your stay nicer.

There were many products in the bathroom (possibly from previous tenants), but no shower soap, which was key.

Accommodation - Everything we needed and more for our 1 week stay. Mara was the perfect host with fruit on arrival and during our stay and was always contactable, if needed. Previous guests also seemed to have left any of their excess of potions, lotions, and creams, which came in handy and is a great idea. We had a lovely little patio area outside, which, again, was perfect Location - A lovely 15-minute walk into Old Town Zadar (which is good to walk off the excess and amazing Croatian food). The apartment is located close to the bus station, McDonald's, Lidl, bakeries, and some nice little cafe/restaurants. Uber taxis were about 6€ if needed. The best beaches local to the apartment are only 15/20-minute walk (Mini Beach or the Imperial Fountain for some seclusion and quietness, or Kolovare Beach for the kids).
