Guverna New City Accommodation

just near by the central bus station of Zadar just beside the mc donald restaurant- great location. a single studio in ground floor kind of house with terrace and 3 cats. Cats were outside. the small kitchen has necessary cutlery. The bed is in little bit up with a staircase. Bathroom is clean nice and well equipped. the neighborhood has similar houses. - the owner was good and gave the key code and details how to enter.

the entrance of the apartment area-One thing- after one reach to Mc Donald - it become confusing which direction to go as no light. beside the MC Donald- there is this parking area and go straight though it will be dark and you cannot see much whats there after going straight- but go straight and u will find a similar apartment/small house complex- enter to that area go little inside then u will see the board of Guverna Apartments and find ur apartment with apartment number.

It is 4 minutes by walk to the central bus station. You can arrive to the apartment from the airport with a shuttle bus and you are there. They also provided a locker after checkout till our shuttle ride to the airport for free.

I am not sure if this is applicable. Price quality utility balance was ok. Communication was instantaneous. Everything was clean and as expected. Keep going.

Lovely design, quirky, clean, great use of space, parking, convenient.

Good location and close to a beach and the centre

The room (number 7) wasn't as it appeared online. Looks like our room originally had a loft space and wooden ladders, but these have been removed making it a really tiny place for quite a high price. The air-con isn't great, and around the corner to the bed, so it only cools one part of the room. Plus it leaked the whole stay - one time during the night, the water had reached the front door and was under the bed! We were offered new towels to put down and just soak it up everyday...not ideal!! Furthermore, there are no blackout blinds, so we were woken by sunlight at 5am (which I know we could have brought an eye mask, but we're so used to all places having decent blinds). Lastly, the bathroom door was off it's hinges when we arrived and we had to push it back into place. I don't think we'd return.
