Beautiful apartment - very tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely well appointed. We arrived quite late but the owner provided great directions so we found and accessed it easily. She provided lots of unexpected extras, such as cookies, bottled water, juice, teas and coffees which were very welcome! When we had an issue with the washing machine, it was fixed very quickly for us which we greatly appreciated.
The location is great, within easy walking distance of the fabulous Kolovare Beach and Zadar old town. It was lovely to walk through the narrow streets with fig and pomegranate trees as well as grape and passion fruit vines growing in the gardens of the houses and apartments along the way.
There is a small shop and a bus stop close by also, less than 5 minutes walk. It is about 10 mins walk to a main bus depot, from which we took the bus back to the airport, and would be very useful for travelling outside Zadar too.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The second bedroom is very small which I wasn't sure would be ok originally, but it worked perfectly for us as we had 2 teenagers with us who didn't need much room. They slept well there.

Fantastiskt litet hus. Topomodernt och nytt med superfin inredning. Väldigt rent och snyggt. Cirka fem minuters promenad till närmsta strand. Matbutik 2 minuters promenad.
Saknade en plats att sitta ute på, typ terass. Lite långt till Gamla stan men vi promenerade på c:a en kvart längs havet. Uber fungerade utmärkt.
