Villa Matea pool house

We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this modern accommodation. The large swimming pool was fantastic, and everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, including the kitchen, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and a great TV with plenty of channels. The location is excellent, very calm and with shops, restaurants, the beach, and the city centre all within easy walking distance, even with children. Branko and his family are amazing hosts – incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the very first day.

Piscine rien que nous, propre et légèrement salé comme à la mer. Maison moderne, avec 2 salles de bains, douche compris dans les 2, ainsi que les toilettes. Les 2 chambre sont climatisé, ainsi que le salon, quand il fait 33° ou 35° vous êtes contentes d'avoir la clime. Grand lave linge et sèche linge (que je n'ai pas utilisé) au mois de juîllet je préfère sêcher mes habits dehors (logique). Si jamais, c'est comme sur la photo. Vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. A part quelques couteaux. Mais pour moi, c'est un détail (j'avais les miens). Énorme télé😅 moderne, y a tous les applications (Netflix, Primevideo, etc.).

Rien à dire sur la maison. Sauf que l'allée pour atteindre la maison est assez étroit, faut être un très bon conducteur pour passer cette allée. Les grosses voiture ne passe pas où difficilement. Nous on a une Passat, plus.grosse que ça faut oublié.

Dom jest bardzo przestrzenny, zaopatrzony we wszystko czego nam było trzeba. Nawet był płyn i kapsułki do prania. W środku było przyjemnie chłodno gdy wchodziło się z zewnątrz. W każdym pomieszczeniu klimatyzacja. Kawa, herbata, cukier, ręczniki, suszarka itd. wszystko było na miejscu. Basen przecudowny. Kontakt z właścicielem wzorowy, czekał na nas na miejscu by dać klucze, oprowadził po domu, wytłumaczył, pokazał. W salonie tv na oko 80 cali. Jedna sypialnia z tv, druga bez także każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. 3 min spacerkiem od domu jest sklep bardzo dobrze zaopatrzony, 5 min od domu jest plaża z atrakcjami dla dzieci, barem oraz rowerkami wodnymi. Do starego miasta na nogach plus minus 25 min. Jest też grill ale my akurat nie korzystaliśmy ze względu na upały. Pod koniec pobytu przyszedł pod dom mały kotek, jeśli ktoś go zobaczy w najbliższym czasie - pogłaskajcie i "pozdrówcie" go od nas proszę :))

Nie polecamy spać na kanapie w salonie, mogą później boleć plecy :) Wychodząc z domu na "główną" ulicę trzeba uważać bo ulica jest wąska, auta są zaparkowane po bokach i czasami jest dość ruchliwa, ale nie nazwałabym tego minusem. Taki urok Chorwacji :)

The villa is amazing, modern and spotless. It was so relaxing with the added bonus of the pool to cool down. Absolutely everything you need for a wonderful break is supplied in the villa, we cooked in a few times and the kitchen is very well equipped. Our host was so welcoming and available when needed. The walk into the old town is a lovely walk along the sea front taking about 20 minutes with much to see on the way and places to stop for a drink. Local supermarket just round the corner with larger ones slightly further away. Would not hesitate to book again.
