Amazing relax in a nice accommodation with the private pool.

We had a wonderful five-night stay at this brand new property in Zadar. The villa is spotless and equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a perfectly outfitted kitchen, a gas grill, and air conditioning in every room. The pool area is fantastic and was a highlight for our group. The location is great. Quiet, yet close to everything. Most importantly, the owner was extremely pleasant, welcoming, and always eager to help. You can really tell that care and attention have gone into making this a special place for guests. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a modern, comfortable, and well-managed holiday home. We would happily return!

The driveway is quite narrow, so guests with larger vehicles might find it a tight fit. We managed with our car, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re driving a bigger model.

BOOK IT! - Great owners, Great unit, Great AC, Great value !

The owners are truly AWESOME and the apartment is great. Superior value for the money. Bathroom also has a washing machine - big bonus for extended stays. Our party of 5 fit comfortably and the unit could actually sleep 6 if need be. AC was strong and cooled common area + both BRs completely in 2-3 hours. Location is good: 200 meters from beach and about 1.3 miles from Old Town. The owners are so doting and charming. The man of the house (Pino) has lived a colorful and interesting life, make sure you have a beer and some brandy w him. His wife was nice enough to prepare some antipasto for us despite our late arrival (after 10pm). Pino also personally shuttled us to a local restaurant and to the ferry - so grateful for that special treatment from him.

Some small criticisms here: 1) the street number (#8) in the listed address is misleading. The rental unit is actually #6A, and is located down the alley from the listed unit #8, which is adjacent to the street. We arrived very late in the evening and discovered #8 was under construction/being refurbished. After 5 minutes of confusion and looking around (we had no cell service there so could not call anyone) we were fortunate enough to flag down a local resident who helped us connect w the owners who live down the alley underneath the unit. I told the owners about this confusion so hopefully they will clarify the listing. 2) bathroom is private but it's located outside the unit in the small hallway beyond the door. So you have to exit the unit to use the bathroom. Was not a problem for us at all but some may not like it. 3) the roads in this part of town where the unit is located are extremely narrow, and parking is hairy, so if you are driving there this may be a concern for you. We didn't have a car so this wasn't an i ssue for us.

Clean, spacious, has everything you need, friendly hosts, close to the sea

The hosts welcomed us very warmly. And during the entire period of our stay, they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, helped to solve everyday issues, advised which places to visit, and treated us to delicious dishes. The apartments are clean, spacious, with a large kitchen and living room, a balcony overlooking the sea, a few minutes walk to the beach, there is a grocery store and restaurants nearby. In general, Croatia made a positive impression, clean sea, beautiful nature, delicious food and friendly people, I want to come back here.

Amazing hosts and fantastic accommodation, we will be back!

Amazing hospitality from the hosts! Really good location as we were just a few minutes walk from the beach, also right not far from the airport. Homely accommodation with a great view, very clean and modern.

There is an early ringing church bell nearby which was slightly inconvenient but didn’t affect our stay.

Superb

This is a lovely spot nearby the sea with great beaches you can access from the garden . The host is doing his best to welcome you and even more. For the little anecdote - i got medical issue during my stay . He took care of me at the middle if night to bring me to emergency while his wife took care if my family. They even offer to keep us longer with them until I recover.A great mankind and super kind family which deserve a longer visit. Hats off

Spettacolare

Appartamento nuovo e dallo stile moderno. Host super disponibile. Ampia zona giorno che si affaccia sulla piscina esterna. Due camere da letto spaziose e due bagni interni, tutte con riscaldamento autonomo. Via di ingresso leggermente angusta ma si transita tranquillamente. 20 minuti a piedi dal centro storico ed eventualmente c'è Uber. Tutto ottimo, veramente consigliato!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und geräumig. Alles ist so wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Der Pool ist fantastisch, vor allem im Sommer. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, immer hilfsbereit und das Haus ist insgesamt sehr durchdacht.
