Amazing, sad to leave as it as so perfect

I was met at arrival and shown around property given keys and answered questioned i needed to ask

Everything. Property was amazing so modern clean and beautiful garden as equally nice and had pomegranate oranges apples and lemon growing there.

clean, comfortable apartment. easy communication with host. nothing was trouble. well equipped kitchen, bathroom, comfortable beds, lovely garden. quiet location, 15 minutes walking from bus station, where buses took us to Krka, Paklenica and Plitvice National Parks. We walked to town historical center on several occasions. Big supermarket next to bus station 15 min walking away. Zadar is beautiful, National Parks amazing especially in spring. Toothpaste, soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc for all stay was provided. coffee, bottled water to get us started was very welcomed. Even our towels were changed during the stay without us asking. Iron, hair dryer, cleaning products, dish washer tablets were all there, and more. I was very impressed and all made our stay pleasurable and very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Unique apartments with great host

The apartment was great for our group. Very spacious and clean, two separate bedroom with kitchen and living room. There was also a garden where you can drink your coffee. The host was very nice and he left us water for our arrival. Apartment is in quiet area close to the supermarket, by walk it’s 30 min from city center.

Calm and relaxing vacation

One of the best vacation ever! The apartment is easy to find, within a walking distance to the main bus station and to the Punta Bajo and Kolovare beaches (we didn't need a car for the whole stay). The apartment is wonderful, after seeing Zadar and beaches you could relax fully and sleep calmly. The owners are very friendly and helpful - thank you and we will come back for sure.

The apartment was gorgeous with everything that we needed. The outside sun beds and seating area allowed us to relax the days we were not sightseeing. The garden is pretty with lots of fruit growing. The host’s mother and father supplied us with delicious, grapes, tangerines and apples which was very kind of them.

The apartment was faultless but we were a bit out of the main town. However, we found that if we walked for about 5 minutes we went under a bridge and there was a bus (Number 2) which stopped there every hour. This bus took us into the heart of the town. There was also the main bus garage about 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

A beautiful and relaxing time in Zadar.

The hosts were the most accommodating people. They provided everything we needed in our stay, along with a guidebook and lots of brochures for things to do in Zadar/Croatia. We even received a basket of fresh cherries from the tree outside and a leaving gift! The garden is idyllic. It was like staying in a tiny jungle. The sun was in the garden all day, so it was nice to sit out and tan, but there is also a table and loungers underneath an umbrella, so it was possible to enjoy the weather in the shade too. The apartment was never too hot or too cold, even without the AC. The hosts lived above and across from the apartment, so if we needed anything they were available within minutes. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Zadar.

There is not much to improve at all! It was not possible to use the cooker/hob, but they were not included in the facilities. The food is cheap (and nice) enough to eat in a restaurant every night so it was great.

Amazing place in Zadar

Everything was just perfect, especially access to a little garden and dedicated BBQ space with the full support of our host, who prepared for us a grill and showed how to grill in a truly Croatian way :)

If you are not by car or don’t like to walk, the location could be not comfortable for you ~ 30 min of normal walk to the city center. However for us that was not a problem :)
