Fabulous. We highly recommend staying here.

Fabulous. Comfortable, clean with a well equipped kitchenette. The outside space with table and chairs was great, meaning we could cook and eat outside.

All in all, our stay in this apartment was fantastic.

We recently stayed in this wonderful apartment and our experience was extremely positive. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would especially like to highlight the owner's gesture of kindness, surprising us by offering to drive us to the bus station when the rain suddenly started. The location of the apartment was also perfect for us. It's close to all the main attractions we planned to visit, yet far enough away that we could enjoy peace and quiet whenever we wanted. We warmly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking comfortable lodging with an extra dose of kindness and attention from the owner. If we ever return to this city, we will definitely stay here again.

A very clean and comfortable apartment with a well shaded outdoor space to relax and enjoy. Jakov our host was super fri

The property was situated amongst rustic Croatian charming architecture. A few minutes (10 minutes) walk from the main bus depo and shopping. A 5 minute walk to the beach and maybe 15 minutes to the old town.

There was nothing we didn’t like about our stay.

Very nice stay, I would go back there.

The host was very kind and helpful, the apartment was really good, spacious, good air conditioning and fridge, you could have cooked there (we didn't need to), the bathroom was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, the parking space was safe, the furniture was new and looked fine.

The only thing I would have liked was a mirror :) there was only one small high mirror at the bathroom cabinet. Also, it is a little bit far from the old center (like 25 minutes walk).

Absolutely excellent apartment! New, fresh, very well equipped. Jakov is an amazing host, making sure that everything is perfect. Close to the beach (Kolovare beach), bakery near by. Parking at the place available.

The great place to stay in Zadar

The accommodation is excellent. Everything needed for a comfy staying is available. The room is modern and clean. The apartment is not far from the beach (Kolovare) - 15 minutes on foot, the bus station can be reached in 5 minutes and the old city is 25 minutes on foot. I would like to single out Yakow, the host. He is an amazing man, always eager to help and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I and my husband have never seen so hospitable owner before. I will recommend this apartment to all my friends!

Perfect place to relax near the beach

The host is excellent, very helpful for anything you need. The aparment is new and has all the amenities. It's a bit far from city center (30 min. by walking), but very near to the central bus station and the beach (5 min.).

Krásne čisté priestranné ubytovanie. Super bola aj terasa. S hostiteľom sme mohli komunikovať cez Whatsapp, bol velmi milý a ústretový. Aj osobné stretnutie bolo veľmi príjemné. Výhodná poloha ubytovania.

Estancia perfecta en Zadar

Apartamento nuevo y muy cómodo. La cocina tiene hasta horno (no es un electrodomestico normal que haya visto en apartamentos de este tipo, por lo que se agradece). La terraza es perfecta y la utilizabamos para cenar. El propietario fue muy amable recomendandonos restaurantes y lo que necesitáramos (nos trajo hasta una cafetera). El apartamento tiene plaza de parking en la puerta. Ubicación perfecta, a 10 minutos de la playa y a unos 25 minutos andando del centro.
