A friendly stay

Lovely couple who ran the place. Helpful and thoughtful. Gave us a bottle of wine on arrival and some fruit. Parking in their garden. 2 batrooms useful. Most things all close by. Sea about 200m away.

Nice place and people

The hosts are very polite and always ready to help and advice where to find what you need. The apartment is fully equipped, including basic stuff in the kitchen like olive oil, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, etc. There is nice and cosy outdoor space. Zadar is very beautiful city.

It was rather hot in the bedrooms, even using the window AC on the 2nd floor or during the night with open windows and fan working.

Owners live nearby, very nice people, our arrival at night was not a problem, apartment is very nice, practical and comfortable. We did not spend much time there because we were mostly sighseeing but there is nothing bad we can say about it, only good things. Little surprise from the owners also very appreciated and tasty. Location is great, a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach, a 10 minute walk to the bus station, a 15-20 minute walk to the Zadar old town - perfect place.

The only thing I can say is that could be better is if it had a better view or some balcony to also sit outside within our privacy. But there was a table to sit outside, just not very cosy and the view - well we were close to the sea so after few minutes of walk there was a great view

Wonderful location with everything you need.

Location was perfect with a short walk to the sea or about a ten minute walk to the old town. Apartment has everything you need and the host offered excellent dinner recommendations. Wifi signal was strong. The church next door had its annual festival and procession through town while we were there which was wonderful to see.

Excellent hosts. Excellent apartment.

The hosts were extremely kind and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. That included little treats like her home made apple cake .They gave us privacy but were available to tell us about local boat trips or short cuts to the local beach. The apartment was in a residential area but near to a supermarket and a bus stop so we had daily trips out to the old town while staying in a quieter area. The apartment had everything we needed and lots of little extras. It also had the convenience of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. An excellent choice and many thanks to our hosts.

We were close to a church . The bells took us by surprise the first time we heard them but they were part of the local atmosphere.

Very nice very well equipped apartment, with the most friendly hosts ever! Near to the beach and a nice walking distance to the old town. You have absolutely everything you need in the apartment, and hosts are very helpful in case of questions. I recommend it, top choice! Thanks again for the warm welcome, and the goodbye presents!!! :D

Excellent

The host was there to greet us with a drink. He recommended places to eat and go which was very helpful. Brought us fresh fruit and tomatoes and left us with a parting gift. Would definitely recommend

- Accueil soigné des propriétaires - Gentillesse et discrétion des propriétaires qui habitent en famille dans la cour du logement - Cadeau de bienvenue et de départ - Logement extrêmement propre et bien équipé - Deux salles de bains avec deux toilettes - Logement situé à distance très raisonnable à pied d’une plage populaire et à une distance correcte en voiture du centre de Zadar

- Pas évident de trouver le logement malgré les indications données en dernière minute par les propriétaires car l’adresse sur Booking n’est celle qui permet d’accéder au parking du logement - Décoration chargée et trop personnalisée - La climatisation fixe n’est disponible que dans la pièce du bas Pour climatiser les deux chambres situées au premier étage un climatiseur mobile assez bruyant est mis à disposition. Cela n’est pas suffisant pour rafraîchir les deux chambres et le couloir au cœur de l’été.
