Proximity to the sea, safe area and modern/clean facilities. Air con works really well and the apartment is well equipped with kitchen stuff. Host is super friendly and available.
Walls are not thick so if your neighbors are up until late, you’ll hear everything. The bed is a bit old so every time you move, it sounds 🤣 One more thing - in other apartments by the coast I was always provided with beach towels, bags, even umbrellas or small things that are helpful at the beach. These were not provided here, and although it’s not a big deal I believe these are extra details that make a big difference in the experience :)
