Great stay in well appointed characterful apartment in a great location

Great instructions for arrival and host very accomodating, letting us leave luggage at the apartment on our departure day. A great location and a lovely characterful, well appointed apartment.

Not good!

Location was good. Parking a little tight as is most locations in the area. Rooms were large, but seating in living room for 4 was awkward due to strange uncomfortable sofa. we used chairs from kitchen.

Bathroom floor flooded due to washing machine usage from PREVIOUS renter. Landlord knew about it, said nothing. We mopped up floor 3 times, contacted landlord and her main concern was that she might have to purchase a new machine, not for our situation. Perhaps she should use some of the $300 per night we paid to purchase her new washer? Never apologized until after we had left. Kitchen appliances were sticky and we minimized our use. No products such as paper towels or coffee in kitchen. Very basic, would suggest not renting this unit. Electrical outlets were falling off wall, fire hazard.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious, and very well organized. The rooms were large and comfortable. It was close to the sea, the beach, and the city center. There was a private parking space.

Great location, spacious air-conditioned appartement with big kitchen, sitting room, big bedrooms, 1 minute walk to the sea. We look forward to repeat visits.

All that is missing would be a WC separate to the main bathroom, otherwise, perfect.

Wonderful!

This place has an amazing location, which is why we decided to take it. The beach is very close, the area is quiet but close to the Old Town. The apartment is lovey, feels pretty homey. The beds were comfortable and bathroom is pretty spacious. The parking spot is reserved for the apartment so you dont have to worry about not finding a spot, and having a parking while close to old town is a major bonus. I would definitively recommend this place ! The host was lovely.

The kitchen utensils were lacking, but if you do not cook often than it should not be an issue - it has most of the essentials.

Location of apartment is directly at the beach. Old city centre is at walking distance (10-15 minutes) Property has private parking with tree shadow. Very comfort and spacious apartment. Very good air conditioning.

Super Apartment mit viel Platz und in guter Lage.

Tolles Apartment im Altbau-Stil mit Parkettböden und hohen Decken. Das Haus sieht von außen nicht toll aus, aber die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir konnten besonders die Kaffeemaschine und die Waschmaschine gut gebrauchen. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Strandnähe. Ein für das Apartment reservierter Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Zur Altstadt von Zadar geht man zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, aber leider war das Apartment schon vermietet. Das nächste Mal bleiben wir gleich länger!

Pračka s práškem, myčka s tabletami, lednice s mrazákem, veškeré kuchyňské vybavení, veliký prostor, dámské potřeby, toaletní papír, v kuchyni koření+čaj+káva+utěrky+olej+ocet, veliké úložné prostory, měkké postele, všude čisto, funkční topení/klima, klidná čistá lokalita u moře kousek od centra, moc milá majitelka. Určitě přijedeme znovu!
