Perfect for 1 night in Zidar

Very clean and really well set out , very modern and plenty of options for tea and coffee, nice touches with water , shampoo, shower gel and beach towels if needed , only short 10 minute walk to the old town and sea organ , parking also available

One of the best apartment I ever stayed

Great location and nice apartment.

We got there on Sunday so just picked up keys from lockbox and confirmed checkin via whats app. Same on checkout. Very easy. Apartment was small but shower was amazing. Small things like coffe and water were a very nice touch and much appreciated.

When leaving on monday at 7AM, the car park had completely filled up. Was empty on Sunday so no issue, but i imagine if you arrived on a weekday, then it would get trickier. And if you plan on bringing a suitcase up to the apartment, be aware you will need to haul it up some steps.

Great stay

Great accommodation walking distance to the old town, it’s small but has everything you might need. The host was also extremely accommodating of our arrival time and let us check-in earlier. There are free parking spots nearby.

Enjoyable stay

Clean well managed rooms. On the ground floor. Keys were accessed by code. Ample free parking around the building. On the ground floor and close to street but noise does not come in. Must use the blinds at night. A short walk across the bridge to Old Town

Pleasant room

Room very well located in relation to the center of Zadar, 15 minutes on foot. Clean room, pleasant for 1 or 2 nights, comfortable bed. Friendly host who gives you all the information the day before (and not 15 minutes before check-in like many). Possibility of free parking near the room.

Regarding parking, it is best to arrive from 5 p.m. because if you arrive around 1 p.m. or 2 p.m., there are practically no free parking spaces available.

The room was really beautiful and modern. Very comfortable beds. On walking distance from the old city you just cross the bridge. Bakery and restaurants nearby. You can also get some small bite at Destino restaurant.. Also very quiet neighborhood and free parking.

The appartment was too small for a family with two little children. There were only two chairs to eat in the table kitchen. The Airconditioner and the internet of the house didn't work.

the location is very good, if we didn't have so many problems as mentioned in the other topic it would have been a great stay

our shower did not heat the water, soon in the first hours of the states we informed the staff and they did not take our complaint seriously, they kept stalling and did not return. on the second day we went to complain again and they said they would send a guy to do the maintenance in 1 hour, we were waiting and the guy didn't come, we left to do the tour and came back after 6 hours and the shower was still cold. after much insistence, we were relocated to a room inferior to ours, in another building, without a kitchen, dishes, cutlery, etc. it was very stressful, we lost a lot of time moving and even for a room much smaller than what we had paid for. we were extremely disappointed with the treatment given.

The apartment is close to the old town. Around 5 minutes walk. It has all the appliances which you will need for a short stay.

The apartment is studio apartment, and with the sofa bed opened it is a tight squeeze. The description on Booking.com is a little misleading-there is no living room or a separate bedroom. It is a studio apartment with a small kitchenette. The housekeeping staff has to be more careful in their work. The garbage from the previous occupants was not removed-the bin was full when we reached. They had left behind only 2 sets of towels, even though the booking was for 4 people. The manager was unresponsive to our requests-not available on the premises, and did not reply to messages. It was a Sunday, but during peak tourist season I expected more proactiveness.

The apartment seems to be recently renovated.

It is tight for a family. And, the communication with the reception was bad. They state reception hours of 3:30-8, but there was no one and they did not answer messages during that time. As such, there was a lot of waiting and a horrible mix up at 3:30 am.

Amazing apartment, which has quality fittings and electrical items. The bed was amazing, as was the waterfall shower. The apartment was spotless and clean, and I was sent a 'walkaround' video before I got there showing me where to park and where the apartment was located. Located a short walk from the Old Town, and there is a lovely coffeehouse which is part of the complex. Loved my stay and will definitely return. I know, it sounds like I've been paid, but I genuinely can't fault these!

Fantastic apartment close to old town

Apartment has a really nice big bed, that easily sleeps 3 and it's very comfy, and it's really close to city centre - 5 minutes and you can enjoy Zadar in its full glory. Also rainfall shower in bathroom was cool:). AC was working fine, and light system inside was really nice addition.

The apartment could use a sort of bigger coffee table - the one provided was a bit too small if you want to enjoy a glass of wine and some snacks
