Location, comfort, support. Good equipment.

Maybe consider a cover lifter for Jacuzzi.
But can be easily managed by two.

The location was perfect for the old town of Zadar. Later in the day, paid parking was available right outside the door of the building. The penthouse was sizable, well-appointed and the rooftop deck with the jacuzzi and views of the waterway and downtown lights - everything as advertised and very special!

We had a wonderful stay at the Feel Good Penthouse with Jacuzzi! The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need — even thoughtful extras like bath cosmetics, kitchen spices, and olive oil. The bed and sofa are both extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax. The highlight, of course, is the spacious terrace with a stunning view and a private jacuzzi — perfect for enjoying the evenings. Overall, it’s a beautiful and cozy place that truly feels like home. Highly recommend!
The only thing to mention is the stairs, but we were aware of them from the beginning and it’s something that can’t be changed. It’s not a problem for us, but it might not be ideal for people with mobility issues.
