Very modern apartment close to the old town. Spacious living area and kitchen with new appliances and new modern furniture. Clean room with comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom with modern look. Great host. Parking garage.

Perfect stay in Zadar!

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is super nice, comfortable, and has everything you need. It’s modern and very clean. The location is great, just about 10 minutes to the old town and having a garage for parking was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

The room was nice and appeared to be recently renovated. Parking garage on location was a plus.

Communication skills were lacking from the host the entire stay. WiFi did not work, no option provided until 3hrs before checkout. No homely feel about this property, could benefit from personal touches.

Ok, but not “Luxury” by any means.

Great location walkable distance to Old Town with free parking. Nespresso maker with pods provided. We were there for only one night before flying out the next morning so it suited our needs. It’s not a place we would want to stay in longer. It was not a pleasant, relaxing space to enjoy.

Very cheaply constructed apartment. Photographs are better than it actually looks. Big hole in bedroom ceiling covered with silver duct tape that was coming off. Shower leaked water through screen to toilet area. Dirty carpet and sofa in living room. I would not call it luxury by any means.

Very nice apartment with everything you need

The apartment was huge and the furniture was modern. We really enjoyed our stay and we will recommend it to other people. You have your own parking spot which is a huge plus, because you don't have to pay extra or spend time finding it. The kitchen is top. You have everything to feel like you are at home. We loved being there and going to the Zadar bridge and center.

Modern, large apartment, beautiful design and easy access to zadar with parking

Location spot on, on zadars doorstep. Bed was so nice and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and nespresso pods provided. Shower room was well designed especially for those with accessibility requirements (no steps). Parking was very convenient.

The apartment is beautiful as you can see in the pics Great location- easy walk to the old town over the pedestrian bridge Car park underground is a big plus. Ground floor so no stairs Clean and well equipped kitchen More towels than you can use! Laundry at the end of the building a plus also

The 'terrace! Really is just an area near the front door with people walking past - not somewhere you really want to sit - I struggled with no outside space or not having blinds open as you're on the ground floor

Clean, modern, in a very good location. The apartment has coffee machine and coffee. Parking is a very big plus! It was very convenient to stay there:)

Everything was great! The apartment is very clean, about a ten-minute walk from the city center, and fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garage is a fantastic bonus—you can enter the apartment directly from it. Check-in was super easy, and everything worked perfectly. We were extremely satisfied with our stay.

Sweet spot in Zadar

The location was super easy to walk to the old city. The value for the property was great, the garage access included was excellent!

The bed was a bit firmer than I’m used too, we need more than just one pillow per person. We also needed more than one key since the lights needed the rfid key an we traveled as a family.

Odličen apartma na super lokaciji!

The Bridge City Luxury Apartments so prijetno presenečenje v samem srcu Zadra. Kljub temu da se nahajajo v sklopu garažne hiše, je v samem apartmaju popoln mir – brez hrupa avtomobilov ali kakršnihkoli vibracij. Lokacija je vrhunska, le nekaj minut hoje do starega mestnega jedra. Prostor je zelo čist, svetel in prostoren. Opremljen je z vsemi potrebnimi pripomočki, dva SMART TV sprejemnika pa sta še poseben plus. Prav pride, ko je na sporedu španska limonada in MotoGP hkrati. Komunikacija z gostiteljem je bila odlična, hitra in jasna. Z veseljem priporočam naprej in bi se z lahkoto vrnil.

Kein natürliches Licht, da sonst Fußgänger in die Wohnung/ Schlafzimmer schauen können. Da würden Plissees helfen. So musste man leider immer alles zuziehen.

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Perfekt und komplett ausgestattet und nur ca. 1km zu Fuß von der Altstadt entfernt. Nespressomaschine inkl. einiger Kapseln. Tiefgaragenplatz max. 50 Meter vom Wohnungseingang entfernt. Drei riesige Fernseher, gute sanitäre Einrichtungen. Fußbodenheizung in den Badezimmern.

Wohnung wirkt recht kühl, die Zimmer haben wenig natürliches Licht. Wir hatten immer die Beleuchtung angeschaltet. Mini Terrasse mit zwei Stühlen. Nicht so schöner Blick nach draußen auf ein Hochhaus.

Perfekte Anleitung per WhatsApp mit Fotos, reservierte Parkplätze in der Parkgarage direkt nebenan (die merkt man überhaupt nicht). Tolle Ausstattung im Appartement. Nespresso-Maschine (für manche Junkies wie uns wichtig ;-) )

Ebenerdig, daher muss man immer die Jalousien/Vorhänge schließen. Daher finster und immer mit Kunstlicht.

Buena opción para una noche.

Recomendable para una estancia de una noche y conocer Zadar, ya que en unos 10 minutos puedes ir caminando al centro histórico. Apartamento cómodo para alojarte con un bebé, ya que la cocina se encuentra equipada, te facilitan una cuna, y el baño era amplio. Parking gratuito en el mismo edificio, y buena limpieza del apartamento.

Está a la altura de la calle, por lo que la privacidad durante el día puede ser un problema. En nuestro caso no nos afectó porque llegamos por la tarde. La zona no es especialmente bonita.

После выселения попросили оставить машину на паркинге и погулять по городу.Хозяин не отказал.Найти вход в апартаменты очень легко,хозяин скинул подробную инструкцию с маршрутом.Попасть в номер тоже не составило труда,хотя в отзывах описывались сложности.

Есть небольшие повреждения потолка и лампочки перегорели некоторые.

Bra läge i Zadar och närheten till nästan allt.

Det var ett mycket fräscht och trevligt boende. Faciliteterna i lägenheten var väldigt bra. Vi träffade inte någon personal men fick meddelande hur vi kom in i vårt boende. Mycket smidigt. Det låg bara en kort promenad från Kolovarestranden och Gamla stan.

Una buona soluzione con auto carica di bagagli da tenere al sicuro

L’appartamento e’ molto bello, pulito, nuovo, arredato con gusto. La posizione e’ buona perché in 8/10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico di Zara ma di fatto questi appartamenti si trovano al piano terra di un parcheggio multipiano. Possono risultare però comodi, come nel nostro caso, se si ha la necessità di lasciare al sicuro la macchina carica di bagagli tutta la notte.

Apartament był bardzo czysty, posiadał całe wyposażenie w kuchni, aby móc przyrządzić sobie jedzenie. Klimatyzacja działała prawidłowo. Podczas zameldowania, klimatyzacja już działała i było bardzo przyjemnie w apartamencie jak przyszliśmy. Wszystko na plus. Spacerkiem blisko centrum starego miasta, niedaleko sklep spożywczy, targ z warzywami i piekarnia. W nocy cisza i spokój, okna mają żaluzje zewnętrzne więc super izolowały i dawały prywatność. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem i wygodny sposób odebrania kluczy. Na plus było to, że przylecieliśmy bardzo wcześnie i byliśmy mega zmęczeni po podróży dlatego zapytałam czy jest szansa na szybsze zameldowanie i właściciel się zgodził. Bardzo dziękujemy! Polecamy to miejsce 5 ⭐️👌

W kuchni nie mogłam znaleźć deski do krojenia 😅 Jeśli jej nie było to polecam właścicielowi zakupić.

Moderno e spazioso

L'appartamento è grande, ben arredato e ha il posto auto al coperto a due passi. Ha l'ingresso indipendente direttamente su un camminamento e un piccolo spazio esterno. Molto silenzioso e dotato di cucina con lavastoviglie per chi ne avesse necessità. Ci sono le serrande e quindi si può dormire completamente al buio. Abbiamo fatto il self checkin con molta facilità. A breve distanza dal centro storico.

Sehr praktische/komfortable Einrichtung. Gemütliches Bett, Kaffee war vorhanden. 👍🏻 Privater Parkplatz im Gebäude. Zum be und entladen kann man direkt vor die Türe fahren. Tankstelle mit kleinem Shop direkt um die Ecke. SB Waschsalon ebenfalls. Alles direkt vor der Tür. Kleiner „Balkonberich“ vor der Türe. Sehr gemütlich. Beide Räume getrennte Aircondition und 2 große TV‘s. Top. Bad sehr funktional und geräumig. Technisches, kaltes Design, hat mir aber gut gefallen.

Klobrille war sehr locker.
