The apartment is brand new and equipped exceptionally well. You literally can find anything as even polish nail remover. Every detail is tremendously well-thought out. 2 A/C so you never hot. Nearby free parking and Lidl. 10-15 min walk to beaches, old town, a harbour and ferries to the islands. Quality of furniture is beyond usual airbnbs. Everything is solid and beautiful. Cleanness is second to none. The apartment is literally spotless, the pi don’t want to leave even a slightest mark there. And hosts- they’re the best people in Zadar. Shared so min info with me and hidden gems where locals hang out. Like if you wanna a sandy breach, drive to Nin lagoon. The neighbourhood is super quiet; a great opportunity to relax from the old town noise and have a restful sleep

This apartment is exceptionally good!! The interior design is excellent, good sense of lighting, make you stay feel warm and comfortable. Also, all furnitures were finished at high quality, this can be comparable to a 5-star hotels room. Apart from that, full kitchen; washing machine plus dryer, it suits long stay visitors. The location is all around above average, not inside the old town, but very close. You can access to old town by walk within 20mins. Walk to Kolovare beach / Bus terminal are just 15mins. The host is very friendly and helpful!! I definitely recommend this apartment to those want to stay nearby old town, but in a quiet area and a decent decor room.

Honestly, nothing to complain. But, just a fact. The building is a vintage one, it's outside is not like the modern one. However, that's the same case of the apartments inside the old town.
