If you are looking for a good location, this is the place!

If you need a place well located with parking, this is the right place. Perfect location. Apartment is fine, it has everything needed.

The spring mattress. It was not comfortable at all. Every time one moved, it was very noisy. The bed sheet was also uncomfortable, not made of 100% cotton. I suggest strongly that the mattress be changed and the bed sheets be replaced by 100% cotton ones.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, featuring heated floors and a stylish shower with Bluetooth-connected lights so you can enjoy your favorite music while you relax; we enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if we ever come back.

We liked everything; the bed did creak a little, and the door was a bit hard to open, but I actually think that’s a good thing for security

Great appartment with everything you need

Great apartment. Reasonably priced, loads of space, couldn't ask for much more! Has been nicely decorated and air con in both living room and bedroom. Perfect location to do day trips to the national parks. The host even allowed us to store luggage with them for a couple of hours after check out which was very kind. Thanks so much for having us :)

Nice modern and clean apartment with everything you need. We appreciated that there was coffee for us in the morning. Very stylish and close to old town.

I didn’t like the pillows. They were super hard and interfered with a good night sleep. Having an extra pillow that is down or not so big and hard would have been nice. The bedding also wasn’t high quality and as someone who also runs an Airbnb I make sure that the bedding and pillows are top notch to give a good night sleep

Excellent apartment we could easily live here for months everything was provided. Free parking, great location about 10 min walk into old town. Lovely little extras welcome drinks, shower gel extra towels etc loved it here

The bed was just a little too soft. If it was firmer this place would be perfect. The parking was also a little tricky to find. You need to navigate to the supermarket next to the apartment rather than driving to the apartment address.

The apartment was nice and very close to the centre of the city. But even if the apartment was nice, you can feel an old house smell. The apartment is located in an old building. In the main bedroom, the bed was very soft. The host was nice, he gave us the needed information. We did not see him because all de check-in and out was remote. Overall nice day.

Everything is perfect!

Have been using Booking.com for years and this is my first comment because Apartment Klara deserves it!!! The apartment was newly renovated and equipped with everything you need: washing machine, dish washer, air condition, kitchen and a beautiful balcony! The bed sheet, towels and bathroom were clean(very important). The host is very very nice and helpful. We got all the information we need for restaurants, trips and sight seeings. The location is the best: in the middle between the old town and Zadar main bus station. A supermarket just downstairs and 5mins walking to the beach! Ps: Honestly, when I booked it, I was hesitating a bit because there weren’t many reviews but I would say the place looks/feels even better than the pictures. ;)

Modernes Wohlfühlen

Wir wurden von Igor gut empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, verfügt über alles was man braucht - und war sehr sauber. Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Toaster (Sandwichmaker), einem modernen Herd, Kaffeemaschine sowie sogar einer selbstreinigenden Eiswürfelmaschine. Im Allgemeinen ist die Wohnung technisch sehr modern (grosser Kühlschrank), zwei grosse Fernseher (davon einer im Schlafzimmer) und neue Klimaanlagen. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden plus dazugehörigen Wäscheständer. Ausreichend frische Handtücher sowie Bettzeug für das Bett, das weich und gross genug ist. Bad ist gross, sauber und die Dusche modern.

Bett knarzt, Parkett knarzt, Stühle auf dem Balkon sind nicht mehr ganz so sicher und beim duschen hat man nach rund 10 min kein heißes Wasser mehr, da die integrierte Heizung wieder aufladen muss, aber das sind nur kleinere Punkte, die nicht wirklich stören.

Rewelacja. Super. Komfort. Mieszkanie świetnie wyposażone, wygodne łóżko w oddzielnej sypialni. Kuchnia oprócz oczywistych rzeczy jak lodówka, płyta indukcyjna, piekarnik zawierała także toster, expres do kawy Nespresso a nawet kostkarkę do lodu. Oczywiście mnóstwo naczyń, talerzy, kieliszków i szklanek. Salon z wygodną kanapą (rozkładaną), stolikiem, TV, Wi-fi. Z salonu wyście na balkon. Bardzo wygodna łazienka z przestronnym prysznicem, jest bidet. Wszystko czyste i urządzone w super klimacie. Właściciel mega pomocny i bezproblemowy. Podrzucił nam kapsułki do kawy bo nie mogliśmy kupić w żadnym sklepie (niestety do kupienia tylko online). Mogliśmy zostać w dniu wylotu do wieczora - ogromne podziękowania:) Z tyłu budynku prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Obok market i piekarnia. Po prostu wszystko co potrzeba w apartamencie i w okolicy jest. A jeśli chodzi o lokalizację to przechodzimy na drugą stronę ulicy i mamy 300m do centrum ZADAR. Dla mnie mega.

Sehr schöne Tage in Zadar und tolle Unterkunft.

Tolle Lage, schönes Apartement, super Gastgeber. Sehr zentral und in der Nähe der Altstatt gelegen. Ausgestattet mit allem was wir brauchten. Sauber und toll eingerichtet. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber Igor war sehr gut. Apartement ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir reisen mit unserem sehr kleinen und 15-jährigen Hund. Er schläft in seinem selber mitgebrachten Bett und hat ganz kurze Haare. Dreck hinterlässt er wirklich keinen. Daher sind die verlangten Euro 20.00 für uns sehr ungewöhnlich, denn normalerweise ist er kostenlos. Eine Abstufung des Preises je nach Grösse vom Hund wäre zu überlegen :-)
