Standalone cottage. Fully equipped for a stay. One of the best beds I've ever slept in. Quiet. Good shower. Approx 15 minute walk to old town. Hosts very attentive.

Fantastic place!

The accommodation was exactly as described and was spotlessly clean. Great shower and washing machine is a bonus. Location is perfect, 15 minute walk to the old town with lots to see and do. Friendly hosts Ira & Andrej were on hand if there was anything we needed. Recommend Bistro Pjat in the old town and Marko Polo Restaurant 5 min walk from the house for food. Lidl a 5 min walk for supplies if needed. We arrived at 23:00 which was not a problem and there were 2 cold beers in the fridge! Much appreciated.

Perfect in every way!

Amazing property. Modern, fully equiped, big shower, comfy bed, easy walk into town, This was such a welcome relief compared to all the other places we had stayed in Croatia. It was the best! and to top it off a couple of cold beers and waters in the fridge. Friendly host and secure parking. Don't hesitate, it's a winner!!

Very friendly owners who want their guests to feel comfortable. Clean, cozy apartment with all amenities. Very good point, about 15 minutes to the old town, several beaches in close proximity and a park next door. Quiet and peaceful surroundings.For me, it's hard to find a better place.

Holiday Home Don is like visiting old friends.

The location was brilliant. Ten minute walk into town, which meant it was easy to access all the bars, restaurants and shops, but lovely and quiet for a great night’s sleep. The property itself was lovely, a very comfortable bed, loads of storage space for clothes. The bathroom was fantastic - a great shower, very powerful - ideal for freshening yourself before and after a big day. It must be added it was absolutely spotless and clean, as was everywhere in the house. There’s a lovely little spot outside where you can sit and enjoy the sun - we really appreciated this because we have no garden! Perfect for starting your day with a coffee and orange juice (or something a little stronger later on). Ira and Andrej the owners are really lovely people. We arrived late, and they did their best to stay up to greet us (we were scheduled to arrive late, were delayed on top of that to make matters more difficult!) but our fantastic hosts made it very easy for us to gain access to the property. We chatted to Ira and Andrej a lot during our stay - they were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They couldn’t have been any friendlier or more helpful - and Don the Dog was absolutely brilliant! He’d come and check us out and say “hello”.

Exceptional stay!

Everything was great! Easy communication and warm welcoming from the owner! The house was very clean and provided everything anyone could ask for. Parking just next to the house, in the property, was an extra security benefit. Convenient location to get anywhere within few minutes by car or a 15 minutes walk to the old town, as well as enjoy the quiet neighborhood. Would visit again! Highly recommended!!!

Nice apartment to stay in Zadar

It’s a comfortable and spacious apartment to stay in Zadar. Very clean and got everything you need. 10 minutes walk to the city center which make it perfect location. Free private parking in the property. The owner (sorry don’t remeber your name :S) was very helpful. We tasted the best pastry ever in a Pekara the owner knows ;) (honestly we have eating a lot of pastries during our holidays and this one is by far the best).

Just a reminder... We realized after this apartment (all over in Croatia) there is a switch that must be switched on to keep the boiler working ... we didn’t know and had a nice waking up cold shower in the morning. 😅 Otherwise, the place is perfect.

Perfect stay

Holiday Home Don is a perfect place for your stay in Zadar! Location (10 min walk to the Old Town) and the size of the house are just great and we really loved it! The owners of the property are lovely people and they have very friendly labrador called Don :) We travelled with 2 dogs and they were more than welcome. The house offers you everything that needed for holiday stays with free parking included!

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Licht und Schatten

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt! Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück war praktisch und die Sitzmöglichkeit draußen ideal bei schönem Wetter. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und haben mehrfach nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt.

Leider waren wir mit einigen Dingen nicht zufrieden. Das Bett in der oberen Etage war bei unserer Ankunft nicht sauber, es lagen sogar Haare darin. Im Bad roch es nach Abwasser – besonders, wenn das Fenster an kälteren Tagen geschlossen bleibt, war das deutlich bemerkbar. Außerdem sind die Ecken in der Dusche verschimmelt, und der Brausekopf hält nicht, sodass man ihn beim Duschen ständig in der Hand halten muss. Für die Küche hätten wir noch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: Eine Schere, ein Toaster und ein Brotmesser wären sehr hilfreich.

Gyerek és állatbarát hely. A szállásadó végtelenül kedves és segítőkész volt. Bolt, városközpont és a strand is gyalogos távolságra van. A szálláson minden elérhető volt amire egy családnak szüksége lehet. Zárt udvarban parkoltunk, és ha már az udvar- rendezett, csodaszép növények. Legközelebb ha visszatérünk Zadarba, akkor biztosan itt fogunk megszállni. Family- and pet-friendly place. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The shop, city center, and the beach are all within walking distance. The accommodation had everything a family might need. We parked in a closed courtyard, which was well-kept with beautiful plants. Next time we return to Zadar, we will definitely stay here again.

Srdačni domaćini, lak dogovor i komunikacija. Apartman ima apsolutno sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak, od klime, perilice za rublje, posuđe, mikrovalne... Poseban plus su terasa, mir i zvukovi ptičica iz parka kao i predivni Don. 🐶❤️ Bilo je super i sljedeći put kad smo u Zadru, znamo gdje spavamo.

Wypoczynek z niemowlęciem.

Świetne miejsce na wypoczynek w ciszy i spokoju z malutkim dzieckiem. Mega sympatyczni i pomocni właściciele! Domek i ogródek bardzo zadbany, świeży i czysty. Wspaniała jest stosunkowo nieduża odległość od zgiełku i prywatność, jaką daje domek na wyłączność. Na duży plus klimatyzator, pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy, prysznic, stolik w ogródku, gdzie można spędzić miło wieczór. Bardzo blisko do Starego Miasta i najlepszych restauracji i atrakcji Zadaru. Bardzo szybko się zaklimatyzowaliśmy i szkoda było nam wyjeżdżać. Chętnie wrócimy! ***************** Great place to relax in peace and quiet with a small child. Mega friendly and helpful owners! The house and garden are very well-kept, fresh and clean. The relatively short distance from the hustle and bustle and the privacy provided by the exclusive house are wonderful. Big plus for the air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, shower, table in the garden, where you can spend a nice evening. Very close to the Old Town and the best restaurants and attractions in Zadar. We acclimatized very quickly and it was a shame to leave. We will gladly come back!

Holliday Home Don, Zadar, September 2024

Die Nähe zum Hafen (15 Gehminuten) und der Altstadt (20 Gehminuten). Die Lage des Ferienhaus ist als überwiegend ruhig zu bezeichnen. Die große u. spontane Hilfsbereitschaft von Ira und Andrej war, um anstehende Probleme von uns zu lösen, stets groß. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt. Das separate Wohnhaus der Vermieter befindet sich ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück. Ein Parkplatz auf dem umfriedeten Grundstück ist vorhanden. Die Eigentümerin Ira beherrscht auch, zwar nicht perfekt, die deutsche Sprache. Dieses war uns sehr wichtig und unterstützend. Ein Supermarkt (Lidl) und eine Bäckerei sind in etwa 10 - 15 Minuten erreichbar. Ein Restaurant ist auch in der Nähe. Wir hatten das Gefühl, den richtigen Entscheid, bezüglich des Ferienhauses getroffen zu haben. Wir können dieses Feriendomizil, ohne Einschränkungen, weiterhin empfehlen.
