Lovely stay in Zadar in a great location

Excellent location a short walk from the old town. Apartment had everything required for a family break. The host Andrea was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Some road noise at night to be aware of if a light sleeper. Not an issue for us though.

Great place if visiting Zadar and good base for Plitvicka Lakes. Would def stay again

Apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. Comfortable beds and close to old town. Wish we could have stayed abit longer. Thank you also for the bowl of fruit and drinks in the fridge, it was a lovely welcome after travelling for quiet some time.

Very nicely decorated, comfortable, and very well equipped. The owner met us at the property and was extremely helpful. Good location - 5 minutes' walk from the old town.

The slight downside of the good location is that the apartment is on rather a busy road, which at times is a bit noisy. It's a compromise, of course!

Simply stunning

The apartment was simply outstanding. Andrea our host went above and beyond to make our stay a special one and clearly pays fine attention to smaller details such as welcome drinks and fruit. Great towels and a modern well equipped laundry room.. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable and extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds and good quality bedding.Great location for old town, the marina and beaches.. close to good transport links.. Absolutely fabulous.

Perfection !

It was just perfection. Good contact with the host, great localisation, free parking next door, well designed and equipped apartment. I noticed a lot of thoughtful solutions (I wasn't traveling with children, but i noticed that the host is focused on that too) I travel a lot and i can truly say it was the best equipped and thoughtful apartment ever - there is literaly everything you need including anti-mosquito stuff, dishwasher tablets, cotton pads, aluminum foil, tea, coffe etc. I could list here for hours, just let me say that i'm pretty sure you'll find everything you need. It was also just nice and cozy to spend time there. I totally reccomend this place, love it!

It was a nice stay for us in a winter time. Andrea, owner was very kind and helpfull. (even we had welcome drink, water, cakes and some fruits ready when we arrived, perfect kiwi from their own plant) Appartment has very well equipped kitchen, there was everything what we need. It’s just few minutes walking to the bridge to downtown.

Really beautiful place, modern apartment with all the necessary facilities and more. Andrea and her husband were very helpful with suggestions for excursions, restaurants, etc. Can only recommend.

The apartment is overlooking a relatively busy intersection (single lanes, so not a motorway though!). Windows are well insulated, so it didn't bother us, but if it may bother you, consider this.

Prije svega srdačna i pristupačna vlasnica. Sve nam je objasnila u poruci za ulazak u objekt i još je osobno došla i dočekala nas. Dodatno nam je sve objasnila o apartmanu i za parking. Odličan primjer kako se treba ponašati prema gostima. Apartman je toliko lijep i prostran , ma 10/10 ocjena.

Wenn man hier bucht, macht man Alles richtig, sehr sauber, gemütlich und zentral.

Es war eine sehr saubere Wohnung und es war Alles vorhanden, Geschirrtabs, Waschmaschine, Waschpulver, Reinigungsmittel, Spüllappen.... In der Küche fehlte es auch an nichts:-) Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gut zu Unternehmungen beraten und sie hat uns bei einem Problem sehr weitergeholfen. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und es war sehr zentral, ein paar Minuten zu Fuß und man ist im Zentrum von Zadar.

הכל, נתחיל במיקום- מצויין קרוב לעיר העתיקה,לבילויים,לסופר. הדירה יפיפיה מתוחזקת מצויין ומאובזרת. בעלת הבית - מדהימה אין מילה אחרת לתאר אותה. כשהגענו מצאנו סלסלת פירות העונה,חטיפים,ושתיה. הטיסה שלנו נדחתה והיא הסכימה להאריך את שהותנו ללא תמורה עד לערב. ממליצה מאוד מאוד.

Super Lage, nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter- jederzeit gerne wieder!

Die Lage des Appartements war top, ein kurzer Weg am Hafen in die Innenstadt. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und Check-in und Check-out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Über die Wasserflaschen und die kleine Milch im Kühlschrank haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gibt sehr viel Stauraum in den Schränken.

Es gab nur 3 Gas-Herdplatten, wobei es schwierig war, eine davon (rechts) anzumachen. Mit 2 Herdplatten und ohne Mikrowelle war das Kochen etwas herausfordernd. Wir haben nur 1 Kapselmaschine (inkl. 4 Kapseln) entdeckt. Das hat für 3 Personen bei 2 Nächten nicht gereicht und wir wollten vor dem Rückflug keine Zeit mehr für die Suche nach passenden Kapseln verschwenden. Wir hatten noch normales Kaffeepulver dabei, haben aber keine Filterkaffeemaschine gefunden. Im Wohnzimmer müssten die Wasserflecken an der Decke überstrichen werden.
