The apartment was a great place to go back to after a long day exploring Zadar and surrounding area.

The Host and her family were exceptional. They were so sweet and nice. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Zadar was comfortable. Great communication from the Host. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location to the Old Town, beaches, restaurants, cafes and main bus station was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending this place to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect — close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in very easy. I truly felt at home and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very clean, well equiped apartment - owners have considered every little thing to ensure a comfortable stay. The owners were so kind, generous and helpful - lovely people! Apartment in perfect location - 5 mins from bus station (5euros from airport) and beach, 15 mins walk to Old Town. Would definitely want to stay here again if I return and 100% recommend. Excellent

We could come back anytime!

We had a wonderful holiday in Zadar. The accommodation met expectations and the hosts were very attentive and friendly. They also wery very flexible with our schedules. The apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything you needed. We really liked the location of the apartment. Everything was functional and well thought out. The hospitality and reliability were at an excellent level. Especially the old town, the beach, the grocery store and the transport connections were great. Our best thanks!

The only thing I missed was the outdoor dining area.

A warm welcome!

Our stay in Apartments Edita was marvelous. The condition of the apartment was very good, we had everything what we needed, there was a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a microwave oven. The bathroom was clean and spacious, we were given towels, the bedding was changed for the new one during our stay. To sum up, the apartment and the service was top-notch! I've never met such hospitable hosts! Upon our arrival some gifts were waiting for us on the table, some treats like homemade cherry liquor to taste, a bar of chocolate, Croatian biscuits and fruits from the garden. Throughout our stay we were also given plums or tamatoes and cucumbers form the garden!

Most of all, nice location for everyway. Also, this accommodation has almost everything you need while on vacation. Recommended for families with children and the host was the friendliest I've ever been. We had so much fun while staying at here.

We loved it. The nicest hosts I've ever met. The apartment was clean and properly equipped. Excellent location - I recommend it especially when you don't have a car because everything is in walking distance - the old town, beach, supermarket, restaurants and the main bus station.

We travel a lot but we never met such kind and hospitable hosts. We could arrive earlier as we had an early flight ad we could leave later as return flight was at midnight. As other guests have already written- apartments are nice, fully equipped, you can cook your own food. We also received welcome gift and good-bye gift. It is super close to supermarket Spar and to bus station ( also buses from airport stop there). To old town is just 10-15 minutes on foot. There is also a place for a car to park. Thank you Lucija- you are really amazing <3

Probably the best pick for a good clean apartment with a balcony in a very convenient location.

Very good quality, convenient apartment. Main bus station, big supermarket and the beach are reachable in 10 minutes by foot. Extremely nice and friendly hosts ready to help at any time. Every tiny practical detail is thought of. To sum up - look no further, this is a great option.

Close enough for convenience, far enough away for quiet, well worth a weeks stay to explore Zadar

There is good reason the reviews are 10, the apartment is spotless and lovely and the hosts are so welcoming. From arrival gifts, help with the language and advice + we also enjoyed their ripe pomegranates etc. The bed is lovely and comfortable and the shower is amazing. Kolovare beach is just 5 minutes away meaning a dip is possible easily. If you are happy walking, like us, the far end of Zadar old town (Sea Organ and to the Greeting to the Sun) is about 1.5 miles away (half hour) and a lovely walk whichever route. Quiet neighbourhood and a hyper-Spar is closer than five minutes as is the recommended 'Kuzina' restaurant - they take cards, but be aware not everywhere does. Absolutely loved our stay. Thank you for the gifts!

Very comfortable and spacious apartments. Parking on site. Easy to get into and out of town and the walk into the old town is quick and enjoyable. Hosts were incredibly nice and helpful. Gifts were much appreciated.

Best apartment ever!

The landladies are awesome, they welcomed us with home made liqueur, biscuits and fresh fruit from their garden. My daughter enjoyed their company and she also cuddled the family's cats. The place is wonderful, near Kolovare Beach, there's also a very good restaurant nearby called Kuzina. The balcony overlooks the garden and is very peaceful. Everything in the apartment is clean, cosy and useful. We had the best time ever!

Nice apartment for long stay!

The host was very friendly. When we come to apartment, it was already fruits on the table with some chocolate and cookies. In fridge was cold water for us and even when we went away from apartment they give us gift.The apartment is very nice, you have everything what you need for a long stay. If something you don't have, you can always ask the host. The beach kolovare is 5 min with walking and city centar 15 min walking. Car you can park and enjoy the vacation. Apartment was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there and I hope we will come back.

Our hosts were absolutely wonderful- so warm and friendly! They prepared a few surprises for us while we were there which was so thoughtful and even gave us going away gifts. They really care that you have a nice stay. The apartment was close to the beach. Old Town was maybe a 20 minute walk which isn't bad. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was an incredible place to stay for our time exploring Zadar.

Very nice hosts. Home made liquer, cold wather, coffe, fruits, and all needed cosmetics (including toothbrushes) were waiting for us in the apartment. Nice and clean apartment with balcony. 5 minute from the beach and max 10 minues (walking distance) from Old city center - great location. Many stores just across the Street. For 100% will stay there next time. On a goodby we receiver liquer, chocolate for Kids and fresh tomatos from the ovner garden. Thank you!

The owners/host were extemely kind and even gifted us some home made cherry-liquor / fresh vegetables from their garden. The apartment was equipped with everything that was required to cook in it + extra gear like a anti mosquito light for the balcony. There would have been even new toothbrushes available (if you should have forgotten to bring your own). Location is close to the old-town of Zadar (approx 15min walk) in a quite aerea, therfore are really nice base which enables you to leave the car parked when going for dinner / a drink in the evening.

Очень понравилось местоположение. Близко к пляжу и к центру 10 минут прогулочным шагом. Хозяйка апартаментов очень милая и заботливая. Встретили и подготовили все необходимое. Позаботились о наличии тапочек и зубных счеток. А фрукты и наливка со сладостями, которые нас ждали в номере, были свежими и очень вкусными

Rendkívül kedves és figyelmes szállásadók, üdvözlő és távozó ajándék, minden felmerülő kérdésünkre azonnal válasz és megoldás, le voltunk nyűgözve. A szállás nekünk a lehető legjobb helyen volt, 10 perc séta az óváros, minden reggel a tengeri orgonánál reggeliztünk a parton. A tengerpart 4 perc séta, minden igényünket kielégítette. A környékre mondhatják hogy nem a legszebb, de nekünk semmi gondunk nem volt vele. Interspar és Lidl gyakorlatilag az utcában. Mi egy 11 éves és egy 9 hónapos gyermekkel voltunk, csak ajánlani tudom.

Przemiła obsługa, Panie nas pięknie przywitały , czekał na nas poczęstunek a w lodówce schłodzona woda. Apartament super wyposażony ( nawet pasta do zębów i szczoteczki, szampon i płyn do kąpieli ). Przed wyjazdem przyszły się pożegnać również z upominkami dla nas. Bardzo polecam, świetna lokalizacja, blisko plaży, do starego miasta ok 25 minut spacerkiem.

Hezká bezproblémová dovolená

Při příjezdu jsme dostali na uvítanou domácí likér, ovoce, mléko, čokoládu a sušenky. Byla zde káva a kávovar, hygienické potřeby, dokonce kartáčky na zuby a zubní pasta. Paní domácí je velice milá, ve všem nám vyšla vstříc. Ubytování je velice čisté, V blízkosti je autobusové nádraží, pláž a Interspar a několik restaurací. Do starého města je to hezká procházka cca 20 minut. Využili jsme Flixbus a navštívili NP Plitvice a Krka. Rovněž jsme pluli lodí do NP Kornati. Všechny výlety byly krásné. Na letiště Vás odveze autobus za 5 Euro. Všechna doprava jezdila dle jízdního řádu načas.

Bezprostřední okolí apartmánu není nic moc, ale samotný apartmán je velice hezký. Uvítali bychom pračku a balkón, ale že není součástí našeho apartmánu jsme věděli předem.

Wenn wieder Zadar - dann nur in diesem Appartement

Super Lage - sehr ruhig - 5 Minuten gehen in die Innenstadt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett - empfiehlt gute, günstige Lokale - bestellt Taxis - bringt Kirschen aus dem Garten - dann gabs noch ein Abschiedsgeschenk. Hab noch nie so eine nette Vermieterin wie LUCIA getroffen. Nächstes Mal in Zadar - wieder dort.

Vše perfektní..

K moři 5 minut, do centra města 15 minut pěšky. Skvělí majitelé, vstřícní, pozorní nic nebyl problém. Naprosto doporučujeme. Kdyby byli všichni domácí takoví tak je na světě hned krásněji. Ubytování čisté, voňavé, prostě opravdu paráda a to jsme toho projeli už opravdu hodně, domácí skvělí
