Are you looking for a small oasis for a relaxing holiday in beautiful Dalmatia? Villa Tea will enchant you. This Dalmatian stone house, which can accommodate 4 adults and 4 children up to the age of 14, is a new build that reflects the traditional style of this region. The beautiful stone, the charming green and brown shutters, the lovingly landscaped garden and the rustic furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere in which you can only feel at home. Villa Tea consists of 3 small houses, 2 of which are identical. In each of the identical houses there is a bedroom with a double bed, an extra bed for 2 persons and a sofa bed for 2 persons, an en-suite bathroom and a small charming kitchen with dining area. There is also an outdoor seating area, which is ideal for an extended breakfast. One of these areas has a stone barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals. In the third house you will find the so-called 'konoba' for convivial moments. There you will find a dining area for 8 people, a kitchen and a cozy sofa where you can listen to the crackling of the fireplace. On the terrace there is a covered seating area with a view of the garden and refreshing pool. Enjoy the Dalmatian sun on one of the numerous sun loungers or relax on the swing. Villa Tea is an ideal accommodation to escape the stress of everyday life.Villa Tea is a beautiful holiday home in the small town of Posedarje, near Zadar. In addition to the cultural and historical attractions, Dalmatia offers a unique restaurant culture that is not found anywhere else in Europe. Homemade prosciutto (pr?ut) or Mediterranean mussels are just some of the specialties of Dalmatian gastronomy and Mediterranean homemade cuisine. This part of Dalmatia is home to some of the most beautiful national and nature parks in this part of Europe. Nearby are 3 nature parks - Tela??ica, Northern Velebit and Vrana Lake and 5 national parks - Paklenica, Plitvice, Kornati, Krka and Velebit, which make Zadar the best tourist area in Croatia.
