Cute apartment, would stay again!

Great apartment, helpful host. Coffee machine and washing machine. We had a car, so the location was fine. (And private parking!)

AC was not on before we arrived, and the apartment struggled to cool down enough to sleep on the first night.

Absolutely wonderful

This place was absolutely amazing; very clean and organized with A/C. Owner is very nice and respectful. There is everything you need in the apartment to be comfortable including a washer. The terrace/patio was so relaxing with a beautiful view. It was also located in the perfect spot to easily reach the beach, restaurants, and the city center. I will definitely be using her place again!

It was sometimes difficult to get a quick response from owner if we needed anything ( there wasn’t much). I would’ve also liked more information about how to check in and out, though these are not horrible things. Also, when we arrived, the a/c unit was off, and it took several hours for the apartment to cool down. Sleeping the first night was difficult. I would suggest leaving the A/C to run at least 5-6 hours before guests arrive to give the A/C unit time to cool the apartment down. Also providing a fan may have been useful as well while we were waiting for the air to kick in! Otherwise, wonderful stay and would DEFINITELY recommend others to stay here:)

Wonderful stay!

close to the beaches and supermarkets, quiet neighbourhood, furnitures were modern and satisfied everything we need, kitchen was well equipped we didn't have to by anything extra, and the layout and settings were nice, especially the chilling balcony, we liked it sooo much.

Мы остались в полном восторге от проживания в Apartmani Marinović! С самого начала нас покорила замечательная хозяйка Валентина — очень душевная, гостеприимная и внимательная. Несмотря на то, что мы приехали глубокой ночью, она нас встретила, всё показала и объяснила. На протяжении всего пребывания была на связи, интересовалась, всё ли у нас в порядке, и всегда была готова помочь. Апартаменты — просто превосходные: очень чисто, аккуратно, уютно. Всё продумано до мелочей — есть отлично оборудованная кухня с кофемашиной, стиральная машина, всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Расположение тоже очень понравилось: в тихом районе, примерно в километре от прекрасного пляжа Борик — для нас это был плюс, можно было с удовольствием прогуляться. Рядом — продуктовый магазин, а буквально в 10–12 минутах ходьбы — супермаркеты побольше. Также недалеко есть рестораны. Это был по-настоящему приятный отдых, в который хочется вернуться! Большое спасибо Валентине за всё! Рекомендую тем, кто ищет уют, комфорт и теплый приём в Задаре!

Lokalizacja ze względu na ciszę idealna,daleko od szumu ulicy. Blisko na plażę i ok. 3 km na stare miasto. Balkon na którym spędzaliśmy wieczory. Wygodne łóżko, udany wypoczynek. Życzliwa gospodyni.
