The apartment is very well designed with all the amenities you need for your stay at Zadar. However, the best part was the host. She treated us like family since day one. This was the first time I felt this welcomed at a touristic place. In these times of apathy, she was a fresh breath of hope. The beach near the apartment was the best one in the area, just 5-10 minutes walking...

Nothing, everything was great.

The host was really lovely and welcoming. She came by several times and even brought us homemade cookies, as well as fruit and vegetables from her own garden. She was always very kind, eager to help, and quick to provide whatever we needed, which made the stay feel very warm and personal.

When we arrived, only some of the beds were prepared. A few were missing mattress covers, or blankets, and not enough towels for the three of us. While the host was helpful when we asked, it did feel a bit uncomfortable to be requesting these essentials. Because the above, we also asked to use the washing machine, which was possible, but we were charged a fee of €5 per load even though we brought our own detergent and softener. Not a deal-breaker for us, but something worth mentioning for future travellers.

Airconditioning maakt veel geluid
