Latitude 44 Apartment

It’s clean, newly furnished apartment. The hosts are super communicative and full of good recommendations. There is a nice cafe with billiard very close to the apartment, as well the convenience stores around. Nearest sandy beach is 10 minutes walk. I cannot recommend enough this place, our stay was wonderful!

We stayed for 10 days (2 adults and 2 kids), and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is fantastic, beautifully maintained, and ideally located in Zadar, making it easy to explore the city and surrounding area. The terrace with the hot tub is a real highlight and the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The apartment was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Most importantly, the hosts are incredibly welcoming and always available to help with anything we needed. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Our family of four recently stayed at Latitude 44 Apartment, and it absolutely exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a truly special place. The apartment is incredibly safe and secure, giving us total peace of mind throughout our vacation. Here is why this property deserves every single one of its five stars: Unmatched Comfort & Modern Facilities: The rooms are wonderfully spacious and outfitted with top-notch, modern facilities that suited our family perfectly. We all slept brilliantly thanks to the incredibly comfy beds, beautiful linen, and the amazing electronic blackout shutters. Luxurious Touches: The hosts did not skimp on the details. We really appreciated the abundance of fluffy towels provided, and the high-quality Rituals shower products gave the bathrooms a high-end spa feel! Outdoor Bliss: The gorgeous garden area was a major highlight for us, especially the superb hot tub, which was the absolute best way to unwind after a day out. A Cook's Dream: The kitchen is fully equipped with every single amenity you could possibly need to prepare family meals. Perfect Location: We loved being so perfectly situated. It’s wonderfully close to fantastic restaurants and local shops, making everything highly walkable and convenient. Above and Beyond Hosts: The hosts are genuinely super helpful, warm, and friendly. We were greeted with a lovely welcome package of drinks and fresh fruit on arrival. Even more impressively, when we accidentally misplaced our keys at the beach, they came to our rescue incredibly speedily and without any fuss! We would absolutely love to stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend Latitude 44 Apartment to anyone looking for a flawless getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!
