The apartment was very modern with everything we needed and with a great attention to detail. It is a little way out of the old town but the local area had a very good restaurant and supermarkets nearby for self- catering. We had a car and parking was onsite and free Lovely courtyard garden with spa. Our hosts could not have been more helpful. Would have like to have stayed longer. Zadar is wonderful.
Nothing really. We probably needed more instructions on how to use the hot water as I think we turned it off by mistake. Also we had a bit of trouble opening the front door but our hosts sorted that out quickly.

We stayed at Latitude 44 in Zadar for a few days on a girls’ trip, and it was absolutely the perfect choice. The apartment is truly beautiful, modern, tastefully decorated, and very cozy at the same time. It had everything we needed, and we immediately felt at home.
The owners are also amazing, very kind, friendly, and helpful. They checked in on us to make sure everything was okay, which we really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests.
We would love to come back and can highly recommend this place!

Everything was amazing from start to end of our stay. Marina and her husband were very kind hosts.
The apartment is very new and everything was spotlessly clean.
The kitchen (and house in general) had all amenities and we even had fruit and drinks provided at our arrival. Also a sweet welcome note.
The jacuzzi and the terrace, were everything we needed to relax after driving for a while (even that was fantastic)
I would really recommend this apartment to everyone that are thinking to visit Zadar.
The neighbourhood is very calm, not far from the centre. Ideally if you have a car they also provide private parking.
