Boravak u ovom apartmanu bio je izvanredan! Lokacija je savršena – sam centar grada, sve je doslovno na nekoliko minuta hoda: trgovine, restorani, kafići i glavne gradske atrakcije. Apartman je izuzetno čist, moderan i divno uređen, s puno pažnje posvećene detaljima. Krevet je udoban, a prostor je vrlo miran unatoč centralnoj poziciji, što je veliki plus. Domaćin je iznimno ljubazan, lako dostupan i susretljiv. Komunikacija je brza i jasna, a prijava i odjava prošle su potpuno bez problema. Posebno mi se svidjelo što je apartman opremljen svime što je potrebno za ugodan boravak – od sitnica u kuhinji do toaletnih potrepština. Topla preporuka svima koji žele kombinaciju udobnosti, čistoće i odlične lokacije. Rado ću se vratiti!

Obiekt znajduje się w samym centrum starego miasta co jest ogromnym plusem, Do portu 2 minutki na piechotę, do organów 3 minutki, do bazyliki 2, na przystanek skąd odjeżdża autobus na lotnisko 3 min. Nocleg idealny dla 7-8 osób. Polecam

W łazience ciężko skorzystać z prysznica nie zalewając połowy łazienki. Trzeba pokonać 91 stopni żeby dostać się do mieszkania.

Geweldig appartement en geweldige host.

De host was super vriendelijk, we konden hem altijd contacteren en al onze verzoeken werden uitgevoerd. Ook gaf de host leuke aanbevelingen in Zadar, zoals restaurants en andere activiteiten. We hebben nog nooit zo een leuke host gehad, het was perfect!

Niets viel tegen, de foto's van het appartement en de beschrijving waren erg representatief.

Τοποθεσία στο κέντρο! Δεν χρειάζεται αυτοκίνητο για την μετακίνηση . Ανακαινισμενο διαμέρισμα.

Δεν έχει ασανσέρ. Μας βγήκε η γλώσσα να κουβαλησουμε τις βαλίτσες της μηχανής στον τελευταίο όροφο! 91 σκαλοπάτια!! Αν ξεχάσεις κάτι κάτω καλύτερα να το παραγγείλεις να στο φέρουν με delivery απ το να κατέβεις να το πάρεις και να ξανανεβεις. Δεν είχε σαμπουάν και αφρόλουτρο στο μπάνιο αλλά μετά από επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη μας τα έφερε πολύ γρήγορα. Έχει ένα κεντρικό air condition που δεν μπορεί να ψύξει όλο το σπίτι. Τα παράθυρα στην οροφή, οι φεγγίτες, δεν κλείνουν και δεν ασφαλίζουν.

Niet comfortabel, slechte matrassen, veel te smalle kleine badkamer en douche.

De ligging.

Het appartement bevindt zich de 5e verdieping welke alleen via een trap te bereiken is. Het laatste stuk van de trap is ook vrij oud. De badkamer is heel smal en klein. Iemand van 1,87 kan er niet staan. En stoot zijn hoofd in de douche en bij de wc. De douche is veel te smal. Je komt de hele tijd tegen het douche gordijn aan. En het is onmogelijk om te douche zonder dat de hele badkamer blank staat. De bedden waren ook slecht. Doorgezakte matrassen. Het leuk er wel schoon en er waren ook genoeg schone handdoeken.

La ubicación.

Teníamos una reserva para 8 personas y el apartamento solo estaba preparado para 6. El baño es estrecho, y muy bajo y por tanto es casi imposible su uso. La vajilla estaba sucia e incompleta, faltaba todo tipo de menaje. La cafetera no funciona. El techo del salón es muy bajo y por tanto su uso no es muy cómodo.

SIN ascensor!

Estaba bien ubicado, el apartamento limpio y bien dotado y el host muy atento y muy amable.

En un quinto o sexto piso (Demasiadas escaleras) SIN ascensor, las escaleras no tenían luz y no se veía nada para subir y bajar. Había un solo aire acondicionado en la parte de afuera, pero en las habitaciones no había. Realmente no tiene vista al mar, hay una pequeña ventanita donde medianamente se puede ver en la lejanía. Hay una habitación donde hay dos camas, una de esas camas era imposible para dormir, era literalmente un hueco. No había jabón en la ducha para bañarse, la ducha es incómoda y se sale el agua por todas partes.

- Banheiro com teto muito baixo - Apartamento para 6 pessoas, sendo que o boiler não suportava nem 2 banhos quentes (logo ficava 100% frio) - Não tinha nem onde pendurar o chuveiro ou colocar as coisas para tomar banho - 92 degraus sem elevador - Internet não funcionou (proprietário se dispôs a ir até o apartamento resolver o problema, mas já estava tarde e optamos por ele não ir)
