We loved everything about it. The room was pretty clean, it has perfect amenities. The AC worked perfectly, You’ll feel like a hotel stay (even better), there is a bus stop just in the front and a supermarket beside in case you want to buy something.
We highly recommended it.

The studio has literally everything you need – the hosts have thought of every detail. Very clean, featuring a very nice and spacious terrace. The location is excellent, only a few minutes walking to the beach, and the sea is very clean and beautiful. The host is extremely professional, pleasant, and kind. A solid 10/10, I highly recommend it to everyone!

That was more than 5 stars hotels.
Room was very spacious, clean, had all the things that we need during our stay, kitchen and bathroom were well provided with all the equipments.
Bathroom was crystal clean.
Location is perfect, market, restaurant are just next door, taxi boat gave us great experience to go Zadar center.It is 8mins.
In 3mins walking distance there is very clean beach.
Host is very friendly and kind, despite of my agressive dog.
I dont know why this place doesn’t have 10 points, that is sad.
