Cosy vacation house for a large family with plenty of traditional indoor and outdoor space.

Spent a week at Olive house in beginning of June 2025. we were 3 generations and a total of 9 persons. The house was very cosy and traditional but comfortable and excellent for our needs since the bedrooms were upstairs with kind of 2 suites which allowed the young children to go to sleep while the adults could sit up outside and nobody disturbed the other. Fantastic outside space whit the pool area separated and a sitting area with shadow all day. Also the whole outside space was gated. The hosts were super nice and very easy to get hold on if/when we had questions. A bit far from the town city and the sea - but on the other hand a lot of parking space and quite nights. Do I need to say we had a fantastic week.

Exceptional

The host was very friendly and helpfull. We arrived late and still had to eat, but before we could even think about it he had already offered to give us a ride to the nearest pizza place. He also took us to the supermarket and showed us the closest bakery, butcher,… He was also very easy to contact.

The location is quite far from the old town so doing it everyday on foot gets a bit boring, but it was easily solved by taking an uber.

Above and Beyond Our Expectations! An Amazing Stay!

The location, facilities, and hosts were all amazing! We could not be any happier with our stay there! We stayed at this property with friends of ours (total of 4 adults and 6 kids aging from 4-12.) There was more than enough room for all of us. The host (and his mother) were the best we have ever encountered! They were more than accommodating and beyond friendly! The location was perfect for seeing the old town, close to the airport and easily accessible. It was too cold to utilize the pool, however the patio area was perfect for sitting and relaxing on a sunny afternoon. There weren't any concerns for safety. The host had plenty of local information at the property so we could plan our day with ease. We have lived and traveled in Europe for almost 3 years and never had an experience as amazing as ours with the Olive Tree House. If we make our way back to Zadar in the future, we will not stay anyplace else!
