It was clean and decent.
Far from the city and other tourist spots. It was not accessible by bus, you need your a car to get to the city or Uber every now and then.

Vesna’s place was simply amazing. We loved everything about it: it was super clean, has all facility you can think of and the host was INCREDIBLE. We arrived quite late and had no late check-in fee. Also, the amazing mrs. Vesna waited for us with some local wine and made sure that everything was just perfect. The apartment is a bit far from the center, but it is worth it since you get an amazing view over Zadar. We will definitely return next year.
