We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is located in a quiet pedestrian area, away from the busy city center, but still close enough to walk there in about 20–25 minutes. If you prefer, an Uber or taxi is also a quick and affordable option. There are good supermarkets and shops nearby, and we were especially happy to find a dog park within walking distance for our dog. The apartment was clean, modern, and well equipped. Every room had air conditioning, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part was the rooftop terrace, where we spent many evenings barbecuing and relaxing under the stars. The only small inconvenience was that the stairs to the terrace are outside the apartment, so you need to carry food and dishes upstairs each time. However, there is running water on the terrace, which makes it much more convenient. Diana was a lovely host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zadar.

The only minor downside was that a neighbor’s small dog occasionally barked early in the morning or late at night. Of course, this is not the host’s fault and is simply something that can happen anywhere with neighboring pets. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend closing the windows at night, and you should be just fine.

2 free parking spots on request. Walking distance to the main sports hall. Easy communication with the host. Keys in the locker on check-in and check-out. Nice view. Roof terrace.

Nicht gefallen hat uns dass die Zeit wie im Flug vergangen ist - und es sich alles wie immer wieder viel zu kurz angefühlt hat - 3 Wochen wären schön gewesen um das Ambiente richtig genießen zu können !
