Dirty green pool unable to be used for half the holiday!!!
On arrival the water in the pool looked green and murky and the bottom of the pool could not be seen. During the stay the water quality became worse, so much so that we were unable to use the pool for 3 days, which was half the holiday!!!. The owners of the property were aware of the problem but only tried to resolve it when I raised it as an issue. They turned up unannounced on several occasions to try to resolve the problem, this was a significant invasion of our privacy. One day the owners were at the property walking around us whist we were eating lunch!!!. I spoke to the owners about our poor experience, they were rude and not at all not apologetic!!!

Fantastic place to stay
Franov Villa is just a 5 minute ride from Zadar Old Town, yet conveniently located very close to all major shopping centres in Zadar. This property offers a seasonal pool, outdoor BBQ and seating with a great amount of privacy. All 3 rooms are great size, with comfy king size beds. The place is spacious and airy, well equipped to meet all your daily needs. There are coffee shops, restaurants and beaches nearby. Highly recommend this villa, we sure will be back!

The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family. The host were very pleasant and provided a very personalized excursion of their island, which we enjoyed very much.

Zeer tevreden
Geweldige locatie dichtbij het centrum met een heerlijk zwembad. Zeer betrokken en behulpzame verhuurder. De doucheslang ging stuk en werd enkele uren later direct vervangen. Tussentijds ook regelmatig contact of alles naar wens was. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met ons gezin (4 jongvolwassenen/2 ouders), waarbij de 2 volledig uitgeruste badkamers een uitkomst waren. Zeker een aanrader!
Sommige onderdelen van het huisje waren iets verouderd en het keukengerei had iets uitgebreider gemogen.
