Excellent!

Modern, spacious & very clean apartment. Petar met us on arrival with the keys & provided information about the surrounding area, restaurants & how to get to the beach etc. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need & loads of storage. There's a safe too, which was handy, although the property is very secure. Location wise, it's about 20mins walk to the nearest beach - Borik & around 45mins walk into Zadar old town area. We found that bus number 8 from town drops you just minutes from the apartment & you can also take this bus into town, but the bus stop for that is down on the coast road. We were left some lovely fresh doughnuts - thank you! Petar also arranged our taxi to the airport - much appreciated.

Fantastic stay

What a great stay we had at Rainbow apartments, collecting the keys from a cheerful owner was a breeze. The apartment itself was fantastic, lovely and space, clean and all appliances needed. It’s located in a great place, as it’s quick to get around via taxi. Would highly recommend.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay. With a few small additions, it could be even better.

The place is very new and beautiful. The owner was hospitable and enthusiastic, which made the stay very pleasant.

Only basic toiletries were provided. Having some basic cooking seasonings and laundry detergent would make the stay more convenient for future guests.

Great time at Rainbow Apartments

Rainbow apartments was great for me and my friends. There were several AC units so it was easy to keep the apartment cool. The location was very nice and our host was helpful and responsive.

One day after leaving the apartment for several hours, we came back to a bad smell. I’m not sure what it was, but it went away after leaving the windows open for a while.

Peter and his wife are an amazing hosts, was very easy to communicate with. Place is really good, well maintained, equipped with everything one needs. Apartment also has a washing machine which was really important with kids and also beaches nearby. We had the ground floor apartment which was very practical with 2 small kids. Also parking was just beside the apartment.

A real deluxe apartment

Located in a nice area, near a fine beach (Borik) the apartment was clean, stylish. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. The administration very helpful. Near the place was two very good restaurant- Grill Capo and Mamma Mia. We were very pleased with our stay.

Peter and his wife were very kind, we had everything we needed, didn't expect to be this good. The flat was clean and positioned in a good area, around many beaches and restaurants. We also had our private parking lot. I totally reccomend it, very nice!

Great place to relax on vacation

Peter was very nice, we felt very comfortable there. We travel with our cat and there was no problem with it, even an additional fee. It was great to come back from the beach to the air conditioned apartment. The bed was very comfortable. equipped kitchen, allowed us to prepare a delicious dinner or breakfast. very nice bathroom equipped with a washing machine which was a very big plus for our 8-day stay. the area was calm and quiet and we had no worries about our car parked in front of the building. our holiday at Rainbow Apartments was very successful.

it is a new building with new furniture, very comfortable for a big family. very clean, amazing hosts, my nice broke a side table lamp by accident while moving her stuff around, the owner was there, her reaction was amazing, cleaned it up and put it away and said don't worry about it! there is also a small grocery store walking distance which was very helpfull.

There is a spiral stair between main floor and two bedrooms upstairs, it is narrow to take suitcases up, but not a big deal for healthy young adults.

- The apartments were ultra-clean. I've been to some clean apartments before, but this one is just next level. Even my mom (she's kinda Monica of cleanliness) was impressed. - Hosts were really friendly. They provided prompt answers to all our inquiries. Great, great people. - I just cannot get the smell of those pillows out of my head, they were heavenly... - The private parking was easily accessible and 5m away from the apartment entrance. - We had two families inside one apartment (6 adults and 2 kids) and it was super comfortable.

The property was very cute and in a quite area of the city. The owner was very accommodating for our check in/checkout and was quickly address any questions we had. The apartment had parking which is so important in Zadar. The drive was just a few minutes to the Old City and beaches. We would definitely stay here again.
