No instructions for apartment features ex how to use hot water heater, washing machine for one hour cycle vs 4 hrs. However host was great at responding to questions.

Modern and super clean

A very modern and recently furbished property with all modern facilities. Super clean and spacious. Kitchen is also well equipped and coffee machine was surprise. Beds are super comfy and we loved it.

Lovely (and brand new) apartment!

The apartment is 5 min by car / uber to the city centre (20 min by foot), and it has everything you need. It's super clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable. Furthermore, the host is friendly, and responds quickly to all your questions. We would absolutely recommend this apartment in lovely Zadar!

Amazing property

Everything was just perfect. First contact with the owner, communication, kindness, appartement is clean and light. Great facilities and equipped with everything. The parking spots very convenient. The bed(s) were comfortable and clean. Kitchen has everything new, functional and at a hand. Shower super comfortable... it’s very very good place to stay. Exceeded our expectations.

The most wonderful host and beautiful apartment

The apartment was spotless, light and spacious. A great little apartment and close to the town centre. The host was absolutely fanatic. She really made our stay and made us feel so accommodated and welcome! She even left us a little welcome present when we arrived. Thanks so much you really made our stay.

Mieszkanie bardzo jasne i bardzo czyste. Wyposażenie we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty: ekspres do kawy, żelazko, mikrofalówka, odkurzacz, stolik na balkonie, suszarka itp. Fajne moskitiery w oknach. Lokalizacja super. Sklep za rogiem, do centrum 20 min na piechotę.

Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy

Bardzo komfortowy apartament, wyposażony w nowiutkie sprzęty, idealnie czysty. W mieszkaniu nie brakuje niczego, nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Wszystko jak w opisie - dwie osobne łazienki, duży balkon, bardzo wygodne łóżka, wystarczająco dużo miejsca, żeby pomieścić rzeczy. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem - kiedy zakamienił nam się ekspres do kawy, w ciągu 10 minut dostarczono nam nowy.

Odległość od centrum to 20-30 minut piechotą. Jeżeli ktoś nie lubi chodzić, to może być problem. Dla nas nie był:)

Moderní apartmán je dobře vybavený, čistý a pěkně zařízený. Kuchyň je opravdu dobře vybavená. I když jste blízko centru tak je oblast klidná. Parkování je přímo na pozemku u vily. Postel byla pohodlná.

C’était beau et super propre et les hôtes ont répondu très rapidement quand nous avons manqué de batteries dans la manette d’air climatisé. En moins de 2h ils avaient réglé la situation. Près d’une épicerie. Laveuse à linge vraiment appréciée!

La localisation n’est pas optimale, mais quand même bien pour le prix. Un peut se rendre dans dans le vieux Zadar en une vingtaine de minutes de marche ou 4-5 minutes en voiture (pour environ 4 euros avec Bolt). Relativement près de la station de bus aussi (10-12min en voiture/6-7 euros avec Bolt). La cafetière coulait et la réserve d’eau chaude était un peu petite pour 4 adultes. Mais rien de super grave.

W Villa Maboka byliśmy 5 dni z przyjaciółmi apartament posiadał dwie osobne sypialnie i dwie łazienki co było niezwykle

Apartament był nowoczesny, BARDZO czysty i wygodny, ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami, tj. pralka, żelazko, klimatyzacja. Do tego posiadał bezpłatne miejsce parkingowe i duży taras, na którym można było jeść posiłki. Po prostu był wspaniały, za niewielkie pieniądze. Szczerze polecam.

Bella struttura in quartiere un po’ periferico

Appartamento nuovo in palazzina ristrutturata ed interamente dedicata agli affitti brevi. Parcheggio disponibile al piano terra. Aria condizionata in soggiorno e camera. Macchina per espresso. Telecamere di video sorveglianza negli spazi comuni.

Quartiere periferico, centro raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto, a piedi non abbiamo provato… Il cancello della palazzina rimane sempre aperto, avrei preferito ci fosse un telecomando per lasciare oggetti personali in auto in serenità. Rapporto qualità prezzo un po’ alto vista la zona periferica…
