The apartment looks exactly like the photos. We had a wonderful 10-day stay and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar. The apartment is modern, beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you might need. It has two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and living room, and a lovely balcony with a beautiful sea view. We were the first guests, and from the first day it felt like home. Although we arrived around 10 PM, the owners gave us a warm welcome, showed us everything, recommended great restaurants and family-friendly beaches, and even prepared cold drinks and fresh fruit for us. There are also helpful brochures with local information. The apartment is equipped with many thoughtful extras, including toiletries, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar, mosquito repellents, and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes. Every room has its own TV and air conditioner. The private parking space is a huge advantage—you always have your own spot right outside the apartment. The nearest supermarket is only a 7–10 minute walk away. One of the most memorable moments was when Ivana found out it was our son's birthday. She personally came to congratulate him, brought him a gift, and surprised us with a bottle of delicious wine. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Throughout our stay, Ivana stayed in touch and always made sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated her kindness and hospitality. If we return to Zadar, we will definitely stay here again.
