Lovely studio apartment in peaceful location with great host.

Lovely spacious top floor studio apartment with great views and a nice size pool in the back garden. Neighbourhood was quiet and not too far from the centre and sea front, but you will need transport or take up the offer of borrowing bikes. The host Stanko was lovely, very friendly and hospitable and even helped carry the bags from the car to the room.

In studio apartment 5 you're in the roof space and although very spacious, we bumped our heads several times on the low elongated roof pitch, and neither of us are particularly tall. The balcony is very small but still useable.

Great apartment, pool, hosts and value

Great apartment with fabulous shared pool, helpful and responsive owners. Small balcony with sea views. 10 minute walk to small cafe and bus stop, only slightly further to big supermarket. 30-40 minute walk into old town zadar or 5-7 euros in uber or bolt. Would stay here again, beautiful property and great value.

There is a lot of building work happening and the road out is currently more of a dirt track as the proper road isn’t yet built, not enough to put you off staying but not the most scenic/easy walk, noise wasn’t an issue for us. Our studio apartment had low sloping ceilings which I didn’t realise when booking and balcony was tiny but still a stunning sea view.

Relaxing and cozy holiday time

It was a great, relaxing family time, where we had everything that we needed in place. The pool area was excellent, clean and quiet - everything looked brand new. The apartment was very spacious with a huge terrace and great views of the city and the coast - also very clean and well equipped. Location is nice with single family houses in the area and grocery stores within the walking distance. City center is less than 10 min. drive away. The host was very professional and helpfull through the entire stay. We would definitely come back if we visit Zadar again.

Lovely holiday

Property was perfect,just what we were looking for. The property is exceptionally clean and extremely well maintained. We had a wonderful view of the city. Stanko, the owner, takes immense pride in his property, and it shows. He was extremely helpful, and nothing was a problem. It is around a 40-minute walk to the centre. We knew this when we booked, but we wanted the luxury of having access to a swimming pool. You can walk to a local bus stop in 10 mins and it is a 5 minute trip into town. Uber is available, and the average price 1 way is between 4-6 euros.

Amazing Stay, Amazing Host

The property was very clean and appealing to the eye. The pool facilities were immaculate and our host Stanko was exceptional. He was very warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived and I will be 100% staying here upon my return to Zadar

Amazing host and apartment.

I'll start with the apartment. immaculately clean with everything we needed. Couple of beers in the fridge, full bowl of fruit and home made olive oil. Comfy bed and very spacious. Slopping ceiling but you get used to them after the 10th time knocking your head. The pool was heated and the grounds immaculate. Plenty parking spaces to. The owner was welcoming, friendly and polite. He even noticed I had a birthday the day after I arrived and bought me a bottle of wine and a card. I will definitely return thanks to him. Whenever we saw him he was chatty and friendly but leaves you to enjoy your time. We had an amazing time.

Amazing place to stay, has everything you need and with fantastic hosts!

Stanko was an amazing host, we arrived much earlier than expected and he made sure we were comfortable before checkin. The place has great facilities and felt a lot like a home stay but with a lot more freedom to do your own thing, can’t really fault the place for anything, highly recommend this place

The location is slightly far away from the beach and other attractions, we found it to be a 20-25 minute walk. We knew this before booking though and it was actually quite nice to be away from the hustle and bustle so this wasn’t really much of a negative…just something to be aware of.

Lovely stay in a really nice villa, surrounded by very nice people

Villa is beautiful. Hosts said it was the smallest room but still very spacious, very easy to get in touch with hosts if need any help. Gave us potatoes from the allotments that were picked that day and tablets to protect from mosquito bites. Pool is rather large and fairly deep. Great people, highly recommend :)

Have a clear message to where to leave keys when departing villa. And thought there was an oven in the apartment but only a hob and microwave but overall still great place.

Great hosts & lovely apartment with great swimming pool in a property that felt quiet and secluded.

Lovely property with a great swimming pool area. Studio apartment was nicely furnished and perfect for what we required. Felt like a nice secluded property to relax and hang out at. The hosts were really friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hosts gave us a lovely parting gift of some freshly cut lavender and homemade olive oil. However we couldn’t take the olive oil on the flight back due to liquid restrictions which is a real shame as it was such a lovely gift!

An extra pillow would have been nice, but not a big problem really.

Eine schicke Unterkunft mit einem netten Gastgeber.

Die Unterkunft ist definitiv eine Empfehlung. Stanko, der Gastgeber, ist ein sehr netter und herzlicher Mensch. Er sowie seine Schwester haben uns unzählige tolle Ausflüge empfohlen, da lohnt es sich definitiv nachzufragen. Stanko spricht fließend Deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert. Das Apartment ist schick und modern eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Pool mit ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr gastfreundlich begrüßt. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich Getränke und auf dem Tisch stand eine Flasche selbstgemachtes Olivenöl.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Zadar

Supernetter Empfang und Betreuung durch den Besitzer und seine Schwester. Unser Appartement war extrem geräumig, super modern eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt...Geschirr, Besteck, Tabs, Gewürze, Toilettenpapier, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Fön...alles vorhanden...das hatten wir in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie 👍🏻. Noch dazu ein Anwesen mit geräumiger Einfahrt, riesigem Pool, alles topp gepflegt...und der Besitzer wohnt direkt im Nachbargebäude für Fragen. Auf dem Balkon gab es Sicht zum Sonnenuntergang und Blick auf das Meer. Abends sind wir meist zu Fuß bis in die Altstadt von Zadar gelaufen, knapp 3km. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alle fußläufig erreichbar im Umkreis von 2km.

Nichts, wofür der Besitzer etwas kann... Mücken ohne Ende (für nachts wurde ein Insektenschutzmittel für die Steckdose bereitgestellt)....und aktuell ist die Zufahrtsstraße im Bau, wodurch es sehr staubig war. Baulärm hielt sich in Grenzen....wir waren tagsüber eh unterwegs in der tollen Umgebung

Toller Kurzaufenthalt in Zadar

Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend, spricht Deutsch und half uns bei allen Anliegen. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und alles was man an Geschirr, Utensilien, Reinigungsmittel etc. benötigt war ausreichend in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Der Pool sowie die Außenlage ebenfalls sehr gepflegt. Wir gehen eine klare Empfehlung für diese Unterkunft, auch wer ein wenig abseits des Trubels von Zadars Altstadt sein Domizil für ein paar Tage/Wochen aufschlagen möchte.

Nous avons tout aimé ! L'emplacement est idéal et magnifique. L'appartement est très bien équipé et il est proche de toutes les activités : excursions, restaurants centre ville et en même temps un havre de paix. L'hôte Stanko est très gentil et accueillant. Il nous a très bien reçu et nous espérons y retourner très rapidement ! La piscine est juste parfaite. Un grand merci We loved everything! The location is ideal and beautiful. The apartment is very well-equipped and close to all activities: excursions, restaurants, and the city center, yet it's also a haven of peace. The host, Stanko, is very kind and welcoming. He gave us a very warm welcome, and we hope to return very soon! The pool is simply perfect. A big thank you.

Stedet her er helt fantastisk. Der er meget rent og velholdt i lejligheden. Velfungerende køkken med det man skal bruge. Lækkert poolområde med skøn have som også er meget velholdt. Poolhåndklæder. Stanko og Alex er virkelig skønne og gæstfrie. Tak for en dejlig ferie hos jer. Book her hvis du vil have en dejlig ferie

Fantastisch!!

Wij verbleven in kamer 2 met een fantastisch groot balkon. Het ruime appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, brandschoon en prima bedden. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren (broer & zus) waarbij je terecht kan met al je vragen over o.a. de beste restaurants en de omgeving. Wij hebben enorm genoten van de rust en privacy. Omdat het kleinschalig is waren wij regelmatig zonder andere gasten bij het zwembad. Er is op eigen terrein voldoende ruimte voor het parkeren van de huurauto.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, danke Stanko für deine Willkommensaufmerksamkeiten. und Tips .🫶🏼 es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub in einer ruhigen Atmosphäre. Die Poolanlage war sehr sauber und gepflegt, so wie die ganze Apartementanlage. TOP !Wir kommen gerne wieder und bleiben dann auch gerne länger

Etwas mehr Geschirr, da eine Spülmaschine vorhanden ist. Mückenschutzfenster wären toll ... Steckdose für Mikrowelle fehlt ...Betrifft das 1 Zimmer- Apartement im OG.... Badefenster schwer erreichbar um zu öffnen Aber alles klagen auf hohem Niveau.. Sollen auch nur Anregungen sein.

Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schönes Apartment mit großzügiger Dachterrasse. Gute Ausstattung, sehr geräumig. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.
