Convenient, family friendly

Impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. The Beds were very comfortable, The showers had plenty of hot water and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It is an easy 1.5 kilometer walk into the old town and harbor, and a scenic hour drive from Pag or Sedanik or paklenica. There is a Tommy grocery store 400m away. the combo washer and dryer made it convenient to do our laundry.

A broom would have been nice to have to pick up after ourselves.

Fantastic unit with plenty of room

Great communication from the host on how to enter building with keypad. Lovely facility, very clean, very modern, and extremely comfortable for two of us. Kitchen well stocked with anything we needed from coffee maker to electric kettle.

Could've used a little help on where to park, as we didn't want to block anyone in/out.

Very nice place. Very clean. Had basically everything you needed. The beds were a bit hard but I've definitely tried worse. Nice and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to everything. One of the best places I've stayed. You never really think the pictures are the 'real' truth but here they absolutely were. Really impressed with this place. Would definitely recommend!

It says the apartments are soundproof but you could clearly hear when people were out in the hallway and walking upstairs.

Prostran i cist porodicni apartman

Smjestaj je izuzetno prostran i cist te pored vrhunskih kuhinjskih elemenata posjeduje apart za kafu, smart tv sa netflixom, toster, mikrovalnu itd. Kreveti udobni a u toaletu vas doceka i vise nego dovoljno izvrsnih peskira, topla voda i samponi a nama je to znacilo jer smo zaglavili u putu i tek u 00h se uspjeli cekirat. Cekiranje je naravno elektronski i ovaj smjestaj preporucujem svima koji zele dozivjeti Zadar jer se nalazi u samom centru a nudi vise nego sto pise i obecava.

Sve je bilo iznad ocekivanja i nema nista da navedem kao negativno.

It had plenty of facilities. Including a balcony and a kitchen perfect for cooking. It was clean and modern with lots of space. The dishwasher and washing machine included were useful for washing beach towels.

The only criticism would be the lack of AC, as it qas around 35 degrees ouside.

This is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated place to stay.

We stayed one night while on our way to Split. The room is very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The room came with a all in one washer and dryer. However, it will take a long time to dry clothes and the instructions are a bit confusing but the owner left a manual and will help you out. The quiet neighborhood is about a 25 minute or less walk to the city center. There is plenty of parking.

Modern and clean but lack of communication

The apartment was modern, stylish, spacious, very clean and a convenient distance from the bus station.

- The host was quite unresponsive to messages (but the cleaner was very friendly and helpful when we arrived); - there was a fairly limited hot water supply which meant that you had to leave quite a bit of time between people showering; and - in case helpful to note, although it was ok for us, it was a 20 minute walk into the old town.

The apartment was great and very well maintained down to the small details. The bathroom was large and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of little extras to make the stay more comfy (cotton pads, shower caps, lotion. shower gel). We met the owner the next day and she was very friendly.

The sofa bed was not the most comfortable and the pillow was too thin/soft.

The apartments where fantastic ...about a mile walk down to old town ..the area has everything you need there's a lidl round the corner ...we also found a great little pizza shop called Gusto about a ten min walk away Will definitely be coming back to villa karla

Excellent accommodation and in walking distance to the city center.

The entire building is brand new and the apartment is spacious, well designed and clean. There is a place just next to the building to park the car. The apartment is not in historical center but you can reach it in 15-20 min walk. Super convenient, especially if you are with a car as you can leave the car at the accommodation without parking fees and go to the city center by foot.

The accommodation was great but I would suggest to change the couch in the living room. It is not that comfortable for sleeping and it squeaks whenever you move. This is the only reason I rated it with 9 instead of 10.
