Very good location 15 minutes to Zadar center, easy to park the car. Appartment is very bright, modern, with large windows, very well fitted even for longer stay. Very recommended. It is a good place to stay with family.

bardzo miły i kompetentny gospodarz, dobry i szybki kontakt przez whatsapp, możliwość wcześniejszego zakwaterowania i późniejszego wymeldowania, szczegółowa instrukcja do self check-in, apartament na 1 piętrze (bez windy), czysty, wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne (przydałaby się może jeszcze kuchenka mikrofalowa), położony tuż przy centrum sportowym, obok Kaufland; do centrum Zadaru ok. 20-25 min. na piechotę, uberem 5 min. za ok. 5-6 euro; miły gest ze strony gospodarza- w apartamencie czekały owoce, chleb tostowy, woda itp (dziękujemy!); mała podpowiedź dla następnych gości- aby mieć w łazience gorącą wodę, trzeba włączyć podgrzewacz wody (środkowy przycisk, obok włącznika światła) :)

Apartament spełnił wszystkie oczekiwania, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Lokalizacja 15 minut do centrum, miejsce parkingowe zawsze było dostępne przy budynku.Gospodarz bardzo miły,służył pomocą, dziękujemy za poczęstunek. Było super😀🤗

L'appartamento è nuovo anche se ubicato in un palazzo più datato. È dotato di mobilia nuovissima e di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno di più giorni. Il proprietario Boris, con cui abbiamo comunicato via whatsapp avendo optato per il check in on line, si è reso sempre presente e disponibile. Ci ha fatto trovare acqua, frutta, pane (da tostare con il tostapane) e altri prodotti per la colazione. Il parcheggio è disponibile nel cortile privato del palazzo anche se si rischia di non trovare posto (noi siamo stati fortunati).
Nulla, forse le condizioni del palazzo ma quando si entra nell'appartamento ci si dimentica di tutto.
