Great base to visit Zadar old town

Very nice room, spacious and modern with rustic decor, pleasantly surprised. Great location, next to the pedestrian bridge to the old town. There is a free parking next to it, if you manage to find a spot!

No lift to reach the room with luggage. Breakfast was good but egg-based, not so much variation.

Hooks in the bathroom for towels would have been a helpful feature

It was a very updated, clean room. Location was perfect.

The air conditioner did not keep the room cool during the hottest days. The owner was quick to respond to our request to look at it but it just kept the room a warmish temperature. Not cool. A fan would have helped as well.

Cistoca na vrhuncu. Stari grad je udaljen 3min hoda, preko mosta. Predivan pogled iz moderno uredene sobe na more.

Zapach kanalizacji w pokoju. Odgłosy instalacji wodnej, lodówki. Kiedy ktoś używał wody na piętrze, dziwnie świszczało. W momencie spuszczenia wody w toalecie, pod prysznicem leciał wrzątek. Mało urozmaicone śniadania w restauracji na dole. Niemożność otrzymania chociaż kawy przed godziną 8.00 (mieliśmy całodniową wycieczkę). W pokoju tylko czajnik i kilka saszetek herbaty.

Uns hat es in Zadar gut gefallen

Die Lage und die Aussicht vom Fenster waren gut.

Wir konnten drei mal nicht frühstücken, da es dieses erst ab 8 Uhr gab. Zweimal hatten wir eine Tagestour gebucht, die jeweils um 7:30 Uhr startete und am letzten Tag war unser Rückflug bereits um 8 Uhr. Leider wurden uns keine Alternativen angeboten, man hätte uns wenigstens ein Getränk spendieren können. Es ist bekannt, dass die meisten Touren vor 8 Uhr starten und auf den Flug hatten wir keinen Einfluß.

Vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt, hygiënisch. Gunstige ligging om naar het centrum van de stad te lopen.

Eigenlijk niets of het zou de ontbrekende parkeergelegenheid moeten zijn.

ontbijt was prima, bediening aardig!

De airco werkte bijna niet. Klacht ingediend bij de receptie. Dit is geen receptie echter de bediening van het restaurant. Die gaven aan dat ze slechts bediening zijn en dat andere gasten ook over de slecht airco hadden geklaagd. Ze zouden de klacht aan de eigenaresse doorgeven. Niets van de eigenaar vernomen. Ook niet van booking.com, waar we de klacht hebben ingediend en binnen 24 uur er contact opgenomen zou worden.

Diese Unterkunft ist eine reine Farce! Die Parkmöglichkeit existiert nicht, das Personal und der Chef sind extrem unfreundlich! Der Stiegenaufgang ist schlimmer als in einem Schweinestall aufgrund von Taubenkot! Das Wasser in der Dusche rinnt mäßig bis gar nicht! Wenn man eingeseift ist, bleibt es dann auch so! Das Zimmer lässt sich nicht ordentlich verriegeln und mit der Hygiene besteht es im Restaurant auch nicht zum Besten! Und das für 170€ in der Nacht!

Boravak u ovom apartmanu bio je apsolutno savršen i nadmašio je sva moja očekivanja! Osoblje je bilo jako ljubazno. Apartman je besprijekorno čist, moderno uređen i opremljen svime što vam može zatrebati za udoban i opuštajući odmor. Poseban dojam ostavila je lokacija koja je blizu svih glavnih događanja. Tople preporuke svima koji traže smještaj u kojem će se osjećati ugodno, sigurno i opušteno. Sigurno se vraćam prvom prilikom! 🌟

LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA CON BOOKING.

Il Giardino parece fantástico en Booking, pero en realidad es un desastre y no lo recomiendo para nada. Al llegar, más que una recepción es un bar, no un hotel ni un lugar de alojamiento. Lo atienden dos chicas de Nepal que llevan 2 meses allí y que hablan poco inglés. Son muy amables, pero saben poco del lugar. El dueño no apareció nunca, ni siquiera por teléfono. Tiene una escalera interminable para llegar a las habitaciones, horror para subir maletas. Las habitaciones están bien, pero el aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONA. Esperamos media hora y nada. Son equipos viejos que no funcionan. Vimos 2 habitaciones y el resultado era el mismo. Un calor horrible. El dueño no se apareció. NOS FUIMOS, NO NOS QUEDAMOS. LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA CON BOOKING. Espero que publiquen esto.

Nur gute Wahl, wenn man preisgünstig an der Altstadt sein will

Die Lage zur Altstadt war gut. In ein paar Minuten war man dort. Es war eine funktionierende Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Das hier ist kein Hotel. Man ist in einem Wohnhaus, in dem eine Wohnung als Doppelzimmer umgebaut wurde. Wenn man ankommt, muss man sich im Restaurant melden um den Checkin zu machen. Dann muss man im daneben liegenden Wohnhaus bis in die erste Etage eine stelle Treppe hoch und kann in seine Wohnung/Zimmer. Dieses ist sehr beengt. Es roch extrem nach Abfluss. Es wurde uns ein Tag vor Anreise mitgeteilt, dass es doch kein Frühstück vor Ort gibt. Wir mussten in ein nächst gelegenes Restaurant wo wir Frühstück bekamen. Was dann dort auch gut war. Das Zimmer hatte ein Fenster zur Hofseite zu einer Bar. Dort sassen bis spät in die Nacht und auch schon am Morgen Einheimische und unterhielten sich lautstark.

Odlična lokacija s pogledom na gradski most, 5 minuta do glavnog trga. Vrlo ugodan i čist apartman,sve preporuke! Također pohvalila bi i restoran ispod, odlično steakovi.

Vanwege de rioolucht en kleine kamer een tegenvaller en te duur.

Er was geen ontbijt.

Uit de doucheput kwam vreselijke rioollucht. De hele kamer stonk. Er werd extra tax berekend die niet op de site stond. Personeel was niet inschikkelijk aangaande deze fout en stond erop dat wij bij betaalden. Op de kamer was geen waterkoker. Kamer was erg klein.
