The location is perfect, just outside the old city walls, across the bridge however, on a very quiet street.
There are restaurants, Coffee-shops, bakeries in the nearby.
The apartment is very well equipped (air-con, washing machine, microwave, tvs), and is decorated on a modern good-taste way.
Very easy to find a parking spot (free) on the street.
We liked it all.
It is on a fourth floor without lift but totally fine for our short stay.

The apartment itself was well appointed. Mate, the manager was on the spot with any of our needs, blankets, paper towels, locations of restaurants, etc. He even met us at the apartment and helped carry our bags up. It was a good size for what we used it for.
Walking distance to the old city Square, with plenty of café and eateries nearby.
I personally liked the security of the building and of the apartment. About the only way someone could get your apartment would be to break into the front security door, climb 5 flights of stairs, then try to break into a heavy security door. I felt very safe in the building and the apartment.
Overall, with the location and the ease of renting, this is a great choice for exploring this part of Croatia.
If you drive yourself into Zadar, be prepared. Parking is at a premium around the apartmentbuilding, whether it is paid or free parking.
Beware of the plumbing. The shower and toilet drain very slowly. The shower could overflow if you use it at full flow. I had to rinse, turn off the water, wash, then rinse. Not horrible, just inconvenient.
Unfortunately this apartment does not have a view of the sea or old town.
This apartment is not for people with trouble climbing stairs. It is located on the 4th, which includes 5 flights of stairs, and no elevator.
