Es sah super aus alles modern eingerichtet und war ausserdem sehr sauber. der self check in- und check out hst super funktioniert. Der inhaber war immer erreichbar wenn man fragen hatte

Great apartment, very good contact with the personnel, clear and understandable instructions, clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. Excellent location, close to shops, a drugstore, restaurants, and the Old Town, everything is within walking distance. Further parts of the city are easily accessible by public transport, with several bus lines departing from the bus stop in every direction. I was very pleased with both the accommodation and my stay in Zadar, and I wholeheartedly recommend it :)

Location and cleanliness.
We liked that the apartment had a balcony
There is a supermarket close by.
It’s very close to old town, you just need to cross the bridge.

The host was not helpful and very irresponsible. I asked the possibility of early check in a few days before my arrival and the host replied that she will see if this is possible. However, on the day of arrival, she did not respond to my inquiry. I was upset because I thought I could at least leave my luggage there. I waited for 3 hours. At 1pm, my local friend called her about the possibility of checking in, but she told us that the cleaner was not at the apartment yet because she was still working on other premises. The apartment will be ready AFTER 3pm. But why didn't she send the cleaner there earlier since I have told her that I will arrive early and she knew that I have waited for hours? Later, I was informed that the apartment was ready. But when I checked in, I found the floor was actually dirty, and understandably so since the cleaner used only an hour (or less) to clean the place. Moreover, as the cleaner "forgot" to switch on the heater, I have to wait for another one and a half hour for hot water (although I switched it on immediately after I checked in). I waited because I know the heater in Zadar usually took hours to get warm (based on my past experience). Nevertheless, even after this one and a half hour of waiting, the hot water lasted only for about 5 minutes and then turned into VERY cold water!! With shampoo on my hair, what can I do but to continue? This is truly an awful experience!
