Everything was exeptional. The whole flat was made just to make you feel home and comfy. Gordan was friendly and caring host. I will not look for other appartments in Zadar, if everytime this flat is available.

Excellent location!
Beautiful terrace, unfortunately it is so hot in July that you can hardly enjoy it..
The apartment is located on the 6th floor and there is no elevator. It has undergone minimal renovations, and the layout of the bedrooms is somewhat unconventional.
Additionally, the bathroom facilities are split: the toilet is in one room, while the shower, sink, and bidet are in a separate room across the hallway. The air conditioning struggles to effectively cool all the rooms

Great location and good sized balcony with a great view .
1. The description of this property never once said that the apartment was on the fifth floor and that there is no elevator to get to the apartment.
2. There is only one small AC unit at the entrance of the apartment which did not succeed in cooling either of the two bedrooms.
